His First Time : Adam(2)
Author: Ann Oman

He remains frozen in place for a long moment. I’m tempted to turn back, but sense that I shouldn’t. Instead, I keep walking and make sure to sway my hips enough to swing my short skirt back and forth. My patience pays off, and I’m pleased to hear him hurry after me.

He quickly catches up and indicates a nonfiction area. When he pauses and points to a couple of shelves, our shoulders brush. The electrified tingle of our brief connection sends a shiver of surprised delight along my spine.

“These might be what you’re looking for.” His voice sounds strained, which makes me hopeful that he feels the same magnetic draw and connection between us as I do.

I turn my head to whisper very near his ear. “Thank you so much.”

His eyes close as my hot breath teases his neck. Finally, he answers, “My pleasure.”

“Mm, no. It’s been all mine,” I murmur as I reach out to trace a finger along his chest just under his collarbone.

He’s holding his breath, so I know I’m having some sort of effect on him. That’s why I’m surprised when he says, “I need to go lock up. It’s closing time.”

Feeling desperate as he turns to leave, I say, “Hurry back and we can play a game.”

His gaze bores into mine as he says, “Can’t wait.”

My nerves kick into overdrive while he’s gone. The overhead lights dim into nighttime mode, and he’s back in a flash.

“Do we have the place all to ourselves?” I ask him in a husky voice.

He nods before asking, “What game do you want to play?”

“How about two truths and a lie? I’ll start,” I offer, trying hard not to let my jitters show.

After his brisk nod, I tap my pointer finger on my chin as I try to decide what to tell him. He stares at my shiny red, polished fingernails. It’s an obvious choice for seduction, and it seems to be doing the trick.

“Let’s see… My name is Eve, Adam.” I move to trace a finger over his name embroidered just under the logo on his shirt.

The sultry gaze he’s gracing me with gives me confidence to continue. “Reading is my absolute favorite thing to do.”

I pause dramatically before revealing my third statement, so he says, “I think I already know which one is the lie.”

“I doubt that. Besides, you haven’t heard the third option yet.”

He reaches out to cup my cheek with his palm. I lean my face into his warm touch and feel my skin heat. His tone is gravelly when he asks, “What do I get if I win?”

“How about a kiss on the lips?” I suggest.

“Perfect,” he murmurs. “What’s the third one?”

I look directly into his eyes as I say, “My stepbrother is pure evil. He thinks he owns me, and he’s planning to sell my virginity to the highest bidder.”

I tip my head back and chuckle at the surprising, delightful woman before saying, “I’ve changed my mind about which one is the lie.”

“Oh?” She raises a perfectly-arched eyebrow at me.

“Yes. Number three is too outlandish. It’s obviously not true.” I angle my head down toward hers before saying, “I’d like to claim my reward for winning.”

“Not so fast,” she teases me as she turns to walk further into the library’s shelves.

I don’t even have to think about following her. My hangover has magically disappeared, and a mob of enormous, angry bikers couldn’t have held me back from her.

I’m directly behind her––as close as I can be, without being obscene. When she suddenly turns around, our fronts brush together. We are both breathing fast as I feel my blood rushing to my cock.

Her full breasts press lightly into my chest as she says, “Your turn to tell me two truths and a lie.”

“What do you get if you win?” I ask, desperate to know what she wants.

Her voice is barely above a whisper when she answers, “If I win, you’ll grant me a wish.”

“Anything,” I answer, fully meaning it. She may be a stranger, but something about her draws me in like no one ever has before. It’s not just her raw sex appeal, which is staggering. There’s also a vulnerability to the beguiling woman that makes me desperate to protect her. I ache to make her mine.

“Lay it on me,” she suggests in a sexy drawl as her hand slides up my arm to my shoulder.

The mental image her words conjure has my already-aching cock straining for release from my pants. I want her more than I’ve ever craved anyone, but I sense that I need to proceed carefully to avoid scaring her off.

“Two truths and a lie,” I say, stalling for time to think of what to share with her.

Her hand finds its way up to lightly rub the scruff on my chin. I had been too hung over to mess with shaving this morning. Her fascination with my stubble makes me glad I’m not clean shaven.

Finally, I say, “The first one’s easy… I’m known for my horrible dating stories.”

“Give me some examples,” she suggests, seeming truly curious, but also likely trying to gauge if this is the lie.

“Let’s see… One woman I went out with kept calling me by random wrong names, even after I corrected her numerous times. Oh, and the last woman I went out with brought a snake with her to the restaurant.”

“No way,” she murmurs, smiling up at me.

I shrug, not wanting to give away too much in the game.

“Next,” she prompts me.

Looking intently down into her pretty eyes, I say, “I’ve had recurring dreams about you, even though we’ve never met before.”

“Those both sound like lies, so this one better be the truth.” She chuckles before grinning expectantly up at me.

“Third, I’ve never been with a virgin… not even when I was one.”

“Hmm. We can take care of one of those tonight,” she says mysteriously.

I don’t know if she means the horrible date issue or the virgin one, and I don’t care. Either way, I’m in… I’m so in.

“Which one do you think is a lie?” I prompt her.

“All three of them sound like lies, but I’ll go with number two. There’s no way you could have dreamed of me before we met,” she answers.

“Actually, it was a trick because all three were the truth. I don’t like lies.”

“No fair!” she grouches.

I tip down to press my forehead against hers before saying, “Since I cheated, I’ll still grant you a wish.”

Her face immediately brightens before she asks, “Anything I want?”

“Anything,” I promise, hoping she doesn’t make me regret it.

She leans up to whisper near my ear, “Take my virginity, Adam.”

He pulls back to look down into my eyes. He’s blinking rapidly as if he can’t quite comprehend my request.

When his brows furrow together, I tip up to kiss the side of his neck before murmuring, “It’s okay. I want you.”

The groan comes from deep in his throat. He turns his face to the side to claim my lips with his, but I pull back.
