Dirty Aces MC Box Set #1(68)
Author: Lane Hart

Fuck me. Sean’s home.

Jetta takes a few more seconds to catch up since she’s still blissed out.

“Shit!” she eventually whispers, placing her palms on my chest to stop me from slamming inside of her. “You need to leave.”

“Now?” I squeak out disappointedly. “I could be super quiet,” I whisper while rubbing the head of my cock back and forth over her still swollen clit.

For just a moment, her chocolate eyes drift closed. But then just as fast, she winces and shakes her head. “I’m sorry,” she says softly. Then, she places a swift kiss on my lips before her palms are pushing me backward with more force. “Please go. I’ll make it up to you. I promise.”

“When?” I ask, because any time other than the next five seconds seems entirely too long to wait to get inside of her again.

“Tomorrow?”

“I’m holding you to that,” I tell her as I kiss my way down her cleavage one last time before pulling up my pants. “I’ll be here at nine. No, eight!”

“Shh!” Jetta says right before there’s a knock on her door that she’s still pressed against, causing us to both freeze.

“Jetta, you here? I didn’t see your car in the lot.”

That’s because she sold it for your dumb ass.

How the fuck does the idiot not know that?

Oh shit! She hasn’t even bothered to tell him?

When I look at Jetta with my eyebrow arched in question, she puts her finger to her lips.

“Ah, yeah, I’m home,” she responds aloud.

“So where’s your car?”

“Hold on, I’ll be right out!” she tells him and then slips out from underneath me to start putting her clothes back on.

“Go!” she whispers before I can zip up my jeans.

“Go where?” I ask with my hands on my hips. She then points to the window.

“No way! You’re on the second floor!”

“It’s not that far down. And there’s a HVAC unit right below my window.”

I tiptoe over to look out. Pushing the curtain aside, I realize she’s right. I could lower myself down to the unit and not break anything probably. Sean jumped from this level the other day; and if that pussy can make it, then so can I.

“You owe me big time,” I tell her as I adjust my throbbing erection underneath my fly and then lift the window.

“I know, I know. Sorry,” Jetta says when she comes over and slaps my ass to get me moving. “See you in the morning.”

“See ya,” I tell her as I turn around and squeeze my body out the window. She pulls the curtains closed before I even let go of the windowsill.

Here’s hoping I don’t break my ankles.

Chapter Seventeen

Jetta

I wait until I hear the thud of Devlin hitting the air conditioning unit before I finally open my door…and find Sean still standing right outside of it.

“Have you got a guy over?” he asks straightaway.

“What? No!” I huff. “Who would I have over? Guys never call me back for a second date, much less an afternoon delight.”

“Whatever,” he mutters. “It sounded like you were talking to someone.”

“Right, yeah, I was,” I reply. “I was talking to Carla, on the phone.”

“Oh,” he says, brown eyes still narrowed suspiciously. “So where the fuck is your car?”

Leaning my shoulder against the doorframe, I finally tell him the truth, “I sold it.”

“Sold it? Why would you do that?”

“To pay off your debt with the Dirty Aces, obviously.”

“You paid off my debt?” he says, eyes widening in surprise. “I can’t believe you would do that for me.”

“Why not? You would help me out if I were in trouble, right?”

“Well, yeah.”

“Then why wouldn’t I help you?”

“What did you do with the money?” Sean asks. “I mean, do you still have it?”

“No. I, ah, I saw Devlin at the waterpark with his friends and gave it to him.”

“You should’ve told me before you did that shit,” he grumbles.

“Are you complaining about me helping save your ass?” I ask him.

“No. I’m not complaining. I just didn’t ask you to do that. You should’ve told me you wanted to sell your car. I could’ve helped you get a good deal for it.”

“I got a good deal,” I assure him. “But forget about the car. I didn’t mind helping you, Sean, but I need you to promise me that you’ll get help for your addiction to gambling.”

“I’m not addicted to gambling!” he argues.

“Yes, you are. And I don’t own anything else worth selling, so you can’t get into debt with anyone else!”

“I won’t. Jesus. You sound like mom when we were kids.”

“Maybe if you stop acting like a child, I wouldn’t have to treat you like one,” I tell him before slamming the door in his face.

I don’t know why I’m so pissed at my brother. Maybe because I expected him to be a little more grateful for my sacrifice to help him. He didn’t even say thank you! Not to mention he also interrupted me and Dev, which sucks.

At least I know Devlin will be back tomorrow morning to finish where we left off. He’s been trying to get me back in bed since he saw me again.

And I’m not naïve. I know that whatever happens between the two of us is just casual. Dev probably has several girls on the side. Maybe he even went to one of their houses.

I’m not even jealous. Not really.

Would I like to be the only girl he wanted? Of course. But that’s not realistic, so I’m not going to get my hopes up. I’ll have fun messing around with Devlin until he gets bored with me and moves on.

It’s bound to happen eventually. The only guy who ever stuck around for me was Oscar who needed a place to crash and decided to stay with me because it didn’t cost him a dime for a year. I’m pretty sure he would’ve moved out if he had any place else to go, which hurts.

I’ve never been the person someone can’t live without. Even my parents couldn’t wait until I graduated high school so they could divorce and split up. Sean and I have barely heard from them since they went their separate ways. It would’ve been nice to have my mom around just to talk to and hang out with once in a while. Now she’s living out of a suitcase and traveling to who knows where.

That means that Sean is the only family I still have now. So even when he is a pain in the ass, I still love him. I also know he’ll always be there for me, like when I needed a place to stay and he took me in.

As soon as I’m back on my feet, I’m getting my own apartment. Although I have to admit that the notion of living on my own is not one I’m really looking forward to.

My apartment feels emptier than usual when I get home that night after leaving Jetta’s.

Cooking for one and then eating a frozen dinner in front of the television while watching a comedy is lonely. I’m starting to think it would be really nice to have someone around to do those types of things with on the regular. Not one of the guys who burps, farts and eats all the food in my fridge, but a woman who looks good chilling on the sofa in her sweats and smells good like lavender and spring flowers…
