The Bold Brew coffee shop series started as a random late night chat conversation and later grew to include some of my favorite authors. I’m so fortunate to have worked with everyone on this series. This book was written during the Covid-19 crisis. I very deliberately do not refer this event in the book. I wanted a world without quarantine to escape into, and I hope readers also enjoy the escape. Writing this book really saved me during a dark fall and winter, and I’m so grateful to the friends who cheered me on with sprints and other support during the drafting phase. My family was also amazingly understanding of the demands of this project.
