Master of My Life (Finding Sabrina #3)(8)
Author: Marissa Honeycutt

She closed her eyes and grasped his upper arms as the room spun. She sunk her fingernails into his arms. The room swam around her, faster and faster and faster until it suddenly stopped.

She opened her eyes.

“You okay?” Richard asked.

Sabrina looked around. She could see everything at once. She could see behind the façade of people’s expressions. Sabrina saw their desires, their dreams, their passions.

And she felt. Oh, she felt!

She fed off the lust in the room. Women flirted and their hands wandered over their companion’s bodies. Men kissed and caressed them.

She sat taller and lifted her chin. She didn’t care what the women thought about her flirting with their husbands. She knew they didn’t care either.

A few other women had joined Chase’s group, and they flirted openly with the men.

Sabrina fed off it all.

She had a brief vision of Chase naked with two women taking his cock in their mouths. Heat flooded her body. Chase saw her looking at him and smiled, his eyes dark and stormy. For her.

I am the one he wants.

I am the one every man in this room wants.

I am powerful.

“I feel it . . .”

“Good girl,” Richard said. He trailed his fingers down the edge of her dress. “You’re going to remember being with me tonight.”

Her breath caught. “When?”

Richard laughed. “After dinner.” He tilted her head up and looked deep into her eyes. “I am your Master. You must please me before anyone else.”

His words set fiery lust aflame deep inside. She wanted him now. She wanted to kneel before him and suck his cock until he came in her mouth. “Yes, Master,” she whispered, squeezing her legs together.

Chase sighed and returned to where Jim and Malcolm stood watching him.

Addie tilted her head. “Are you all right, my lord?”

He nodded and hoped she would keep her distance for the moment. He didn’t want to hurt her feelings by rejecting her, but for Sabrina’s sake, he’d stay as celibate as he could.

“Is she okay?” Jim asked.

He looked back over to where Richard stood, blocking Sabrina from view. Did he trust Richard enough to help Sabrina and not hurt her? He and Richard had many discussions over the last few weeks about her and Chase knew Richard wanted her to be happy.

Yes, Chase trusted Richard.

A few minutes later, Richard moved aside and Chase could see Sabrina’s expression had been transformed. Her eyes had darkened, and she sat tall on the stool, looking around the room. Chase shivered as her gaze stopped on him. She gave him a sultry smile and his heart skipped a beat.

“Holy fuck,” Malcolm murmured. “Is it me, or did she get fucking sexier than she was a few minutes ago?”

The three men stared as Sabrina slowly took possession of the room. Her energy filled the space. More than one man looked up and found himself lost in her presence.

The power of an Elder-Mistress. Chase swallowed, torn between pride and fear. He could see she felt her power and while it thrilled him to see her fully accept what she was, it also scared him to death.

Jim’s wife appeared at his side. “Who is that?” Tanya asked, awe in her voice.

“That is Chase’s girlfriend,” Jim answered, shaking his head.

“Damn, I’ve never been much into women . . .” Tanya giggled.

Jim laughed and wrapped his arm around her waist, kissing her neck. “I’d love to watch.”

Tanya rolled her eyes at Chase. “These two have been trying to get me to let them bring another woman in with us for years.”

Malcolm pulled Tanya into his arms. “I’d love to taste another woman’s pussy on your mouth,” he murmured before kissing her soundly.

Jim rolled his eyes. “You love kissing her anyway, dumbass.”

Malcolm shrugged. “You have a sexy wife, man.”

Jim laughed. “I can’t disagree.”

“So, what’s it like being with her?” Malcolm asked as Tanya stroked his hip. “Is she as amazing in bed as she looks?”

Chase grimaced. “We can’t be together until we’re married.”

The two men stared at him. “You can’t be serious!” Malcolm exclaimed.

Chase nodded. “Brotherhood rules.”

“And you’re okay with her . . . being here tonight?” Jim asked.

“I don’t have a choice. She had to come before I can ask her to marry her.”

“Why?” Tanya asked.

“Look at her necklace.”

Tanya squinted. “She’s . . . not wearing an emerald?”

“She’s a demi-Immortal,” Chase said. “She’s not human. Well, a tiny bit of her is.”

Tanya’s blue eyes widened. “Oh my gosh!”

“She’s meant to be in this world. She has to see what she’d be giving up to marry me, although she wouldn’t have to give it up completely if she didn’t want to.”

“Damn,” Jim murmured. “And you’re okay with this?”

Chase glanced at Sabrina, who leaned back against Richard as he kissed her neck. Her eyes were closed, head tilted, lips parted. Richard’s hand trailed down the side of her dress, skimming the edge of her breast. Chase sucked in a breath as his blood heated. “Yeah. Watching is almost as good as doing.” Almost.

Sabrina leaned back into Richard’s arms and closed her eyes as he teased the side of her breast with the tips of his fingers. Her nipples ached, and she longed for him to take her breasts fully into his hands.

“Ah, the drinks are ready,” Richard said and pulled away. Sabrina stuck out her lower lip, and he laughed. “More later. I promise.” He handed Sabrina a tall glass with some sort of fruity concoction inside. She took a sip and smiled at the sweet taste.

Richard took her around the room and introduced her to the Brothers and their wives. It was a strange feeling, being in control of her powers instead of them controlling her. No one would hurt her. They wouldn’t dare.

Hell, they didn’t want to hurt her. They wanted to enjoy her. They wanted to please her.

Later, as she leaned back into Richard’s arms, listening to him talk with a man named Wesley, an executive at a national bank, Kathy walked up and put her hand on Richard’s arm. “Are we ready to start dinner?”

“Just waiting on Damian.”

The name struck her mind like a lightning bolt. “Damian?”

Richard nodded. “Damian Sinclair. You know him?”

“I met him at the donor party.” She hadn’t talked to him since that last horrible night with Aiden.

“Ah. He said he’d met someone special, but I didn’t get details.” He glanced at Wesley and Kathy. “Would you please excuse us?” He took Sabrina’s arm and guided her to an empty corner of the room.

Richard studied her and Sabrina shifted from foot to foot. “You two went out a few times, right?”

Sabrina nodded, staring at the wood-paneled wall.

Richard put his hand on her shoulder, turning her to face him. “Did he hurt you?”

She bit her lip, not sure she wanted to admit what happened when clearly Richard respected Damian enough to invite him to a Brotherhood dinner.
