Farewells and Forever (Untouchable #12)(22)
Author: Heather Long

“I’m going downstairs,” I told her, gathering up the dishes. “Strip. On your knees in front of the fire. Eyes closed and just listen to the music.”

“Yes, sir.”

The commands settled me almost as much as they settled her. There were subtle eye hooks in the room. Archie had them added during the renovation. Anchors for where I could set up rope ties. There was also a private room for us off the main bedroom suite on those occasions that Frankie and I wanted to play alone.

I appreciated the attention to detail. I’d just finished the dishes when Archie came in. “See, I thought I was walking into something fun…”

“Oh,” I told him. “You are. But I was waiting for you before I got started.”

Surprise flickered across his face. “Yeah?”

“She’s earned a surprise and a reward. You up for it?”

“Hell, yes.”

Archie had actually come to the club with us a couple of times, both times he’d just observed. He was too much of a Dom himself to follow commands, but he did agree to suggestions if he ever joined us.

Lucky for him, tonight was the night.

Upstairs, I went into the bedroom a beat ahead of him and let him go into the bathroom to change. Frankie was right where I’d left her, her expression almost serene. When Archie came back out, I said, “Angel—open your eyes. Your surprise is here.”

CHAPTER NINE

PLAY DATE

FRANKIE

My surprise was Archie. Delight curved through me when I opened my eyes to find him standing next to Ian. They were both shirtless—always nice—while Ian was still in loose pajama pants, Archie wore a pair of sweatpants. Just soaking up the heat from the fire and the soft music left me half-floating, particularly after a day when Ian and I spent equal amounts of time indulging our hedonistic sides while still getting work done.

Now, Archie was here.

“Hey Babe,” he said, his slow grin as sinfully wicked as he could be. “I gotta say, I’m liking the welcome outfit. I should show up to surprise you more often.”

I would love it if he would. He’d ventured with us to the club more than once. The second time, he’d been so hard after our scene, he had to have been uncomfortable. But he’d been more interested in making sure I was taken care of than letting me take care of him.

“I love when you surprise me,” I said, then cast a look at Ian. Was this surprise also a playdate, or was he here just to watch again? Coop was far more the voyeur and loved coming to play with us, sometimes just to watch. Jake was the only one who didn’t play as often, but he wasn’t opposed to participating when Ian directed us all.

“Well, Angel, I told you this weekend was about us.”

“Archie is part of us.” I didn’t even have to look at him to see the pleasure in Archie’s eyes and expression. Sometimes, he forgot.

I suppose we all did. That was why we had to remind each other.

“Yes, he is.” Approval radiated from Ian’s voice. “He would very much like to play tonight.”

Excitement spiked through my anticipation, and I couldn’t suppress my shudder, from the tautness of my nipples to the goosebumps dancing over my arms. I wasn’t remotely cold. If anything, a slow burn of want consumed me.

“Would you like to play with Archie, Angel?” The low light in the room kept Ian’s eyes partially in shadow, but I had very little doubt they were dancing right now. He’d kept this surprise in his pocket all day. So good.

“I would love to play with Sir Archie,” I answered, tilting my head. “May I play with Sir Archie, please, Sir Ian?”

The deepening curve of his lips and the fact Archie was already here answered my question, but I would wait. He’d told me to kneel and wait, and so far, there’d been no release from that instruction. Patience, in this case, would be amply rewarded.

“Well, Sir Ian,” Archie drawled. “Do I get to play with our exquisite fiancée?”

“Oh, you definitely get to play,” Ian told him. “Smartass.”

“Dude, she’s kneeling there all sweet and flushed and naked. You’re lucky I’m still standing.”

The urge to laugh bubbled up, but I swallowed it, even if I had difficulty keeping my lips from twitching.

“True, she is rather attractive like this.” Then he gave Archie a teasing look. “Angel, present, please.”

The command rolled over me, and I straightened my spine, spread my knees as I turned more fully to face them and turned my hands over to rest palms up on my thighs. The angle left nothing to the imagination. Even with the fire at my back, the air seemed far cooler against my pussy. Especially when they were both there watching me.

“Fuck,” Archie practically exhaled the word. “How much play do we need?”

Chuckling, Ian gripped his shoulder then leaned in to murmur something in his ear. Shock stamped his face and his mouth fell open. I swore he pulled back a little and looked at Ian with more than a small amount of disbelief. They didn’t say a word, just stared at each other, then Archie cut a glance toward me.

Curiosity roused, like a cat, to stretch and dig her claws into me as she yawned but then settled again. The heat, the security of being with them, and the awareness that Ian and Archie would both take care of me meant I didn’t have to demand to know.

I’d find out.

“Yes,” Archie said slowly. “I like that idea.”

“Good man.” Ian clapped him on the shoulder. “Go get comfortable.” Then he glanced at me. “Be a good girl for Archie, Angel.”

Thrill streaked through me.

“Do exactly what he says.”

“Yes, sir.” Not that I could contain my own smile. The rest of the world just fell away when we played out a scene, and this was no different. In fact, the world had been fading away all weekend. Sanding away the stress and the decisions, until it was just us and the music.

Us always included the guys, so Archie being here just added a rosey kind of glow to the hum vibrating through my system. Ian left the main bedroom while my attention was on Archie. He crossed to where I knelt on the floor. Tilting my head back, I stared up at him. With light fingers, he brushed my cheek.

“Let me know if I do this wrong,” he said. “Even after all this time of watching you two, I don’t quite have the magic ‘understanding’ that Bubba seems to get when he just looks at you and knows what you need.”

“Sir Archie,” I said, enjoying the way the firelight played in his dark eyes. “You know me. You love me.” He glided two fingers to my lips. I kissed them gently, then drew them against my tongue and sucked his fingers. His abdomen tightened as the erection that his sweats had been hiding thickened as I stroked my tongue all around those fingers.

“I do love you,” he whispered. The connection was always there, crackling away. It had been there for years, but the static that sometimes muted my understanding had long since burned out. Archie was every bit as much a part of me as Coop, Jake, and Ian. He didn’t need Ian’s understanding. He had his own. “As lovely as this is, I want this mouth wrapped around my cock and I want to feel your throat convulsing with each thrust.”
