IN WALKED SIN (The Touch Series #5)(29)
Author: Stoni Alexander

“We should go.”

“Is that what you want?”

She peered into his eyes for several long seconds. “What do you want?”

“The truth, Evan.”

Her eyes remained fixed on his during a long pause. “No. That’s not what I want.”

“What do you want?”

“To stay and play.”

Control

Arousal soaked Evangeline’s thong as she stared into the eyes of the most powerful, most exhilarating man she’d ever known.

As if under a spell, her breathing fell in line with his. Being in his constant presence ignited a torrent of need. She’d been terrified on the plane, yet he’d calmed her. Pastor Joey was frustrating the hell out of her, but talking with Sin had taken the edge off.

The pent-up desire she’d been trying to ignore, exploded inside her. Sensitive nipples, wet panties, adrenaline zinging through her. She couldn’t take her eyes off him and she wanted to touch him so, so badly.

He didn’t need to tell her to look at him. She’d been unable to tear herself away. His steamy stare drilled into her and she felt herself getting pulled into the supermassive black hole that was Sinclair Develin.

She moistened her lips, sucked down a slow, deep breath. “Do you want to play with me?” she asked.

“Hell, yes.”

She crashed against him, the wild kiss unleashing her lust. She needed him, his touch, his commands. His everything. She clung to him as if it were the planet’s last day. He had awakened her from the dead. She hadn’t been living. She’d been existing.

And she was ready to fly.

Gasping for breath, she ended the embrace. Yet, his breathing remained steady. Always in complete control.

“Will you surrender control to me?” he murmured.

“Yes.”

“No penetration.”

Her heart fell.

“This isn’t about fucking, Evan. It’s never been about that.”

“Right.”

He flagged down the waitress for an escort. Holding hands, they rode the elevator upstairs in a buzzing silence. Evangeline’s fingers tingled, her insides quivered while her erratic breathing roared in her ears like waves crashing on a rocky shore.

The waitress used a keycard to open the door marked “The Executive”. She glanced around before telling them the room was theirs for the evening. Sin pulled a twenty from his pocket and handed it to her. She left, closing the door behind her.

The room was dark, save for the nightlights. Fragrant lavender soothed her while a symphony of sounds prompted her to sway. But her eyes were trained on Sin.

Always on Sin.

He stood in the center of the room, away from the bed, the futon, the St. Andrew’s cross in the corner. “Come here.”

She obeyed, prepared to receive the ultimate pleasure.

He caressed her cheeks with his hands, cradling her face. Leaning down, he whispered, “My only care is you. Your pleasure, your ecstasy.”

She melted into a placid pool of need.

“What don’t you want? What can’t I do?”

“No pain.”

“You used to love an occasional spanking.”

“I still do, if you’re the one doing it.”

His smile was meant only for her. “So, your needs haven’t changed?”

In truth, they had. What had once been a wild dare to go to a kink club had morphed into a desire so strong she couldn’t think of anything but him.

“I want as much of you as you’ll permit me to have,” she said matter-of-factly.

Sin never put her on her knees, never asked her to call him Sir. Never collared her. For the year that they’d played together, she’d become addicted to his touch, to obey his commands, to trust him enough to relinquish control so he could fulfill her most intense sexual fantasies.

“Tell me about your headspace.”

She stilled. This time it was different. They were working together, partnering up. Their relationship bled beyond these four walls. “I can’t.”

“Because it makes you too vulnerable or because you don’t trust me?”

“Vulnerable.”

“Understood. This has always been our safe space and that won’t change.”

Her hands flew to her hips. “The kink was always compartmentalized. Now, we’re partners. It’s a line I’ve never crossed.”

“Evan.” He murmured her name like a prayer. “Let’s wait to see how you feel, after.”

His deep voice and hypnotic cadence left her floating. Pulled by an invisible string, she stepped closer.

“Remove your mask.”

She did.

“Take off your dress.”

With her gaze cemented on his, she pulled the dress over her head and tossed it on the nearby chair. She’d worn a black, lacey thong, but no bra.

His eyes glowed brightly as he soaked up her form, but he didn’t touch her. “Tonight, we focus on relaxing you.” He pressed his mouth to her bare shoulder and her insides quivered. “Your job is to let the pleasure overtake your tension. Can you do that?”

She could barely control her breathing, how in the hell could she control anything else? But she nodded her approval.

“Speak your answer.”

“Yes. I can try to relax.”

“Green, yellow, red,” he said. “And I’ll check in with you.”

“Yes, sir.”

“Let’s focus on your breathing.”

She mimicked his deep inhale and slow exhale, but she was on fire. His delicious earthy scent surrounded her. His beauty awed her. His touch electrified her. His eyes burned wildly as he held her in his sights.

Kneeling, he kissed her abs. His whiskers tickled her and she jerked back. “Close your eyes.” His voice rumbled through her and she did as instructed. As he ran his tongue along the border of her thong, his low-pitched moan made her tremble. He did it again, the third time catching her panties in his teeth and tugging them down. His large, warm hands slid inside the silk and bared her body of the thin material.

Now, she was full-on panting.

He rose, but stayed silent. His breath warmed her forehead, but his lips never touched her. After a long minute, her heart rate slowed and her breathing regulated.

“Nice,” he murmured. “Very nice. How are you doing?”

She opened her eyes. “Green.”

He walked away, the tap of his dress shoes on the tile floor echoing in her ears. He opened a drawer, but didn’t close it. Then, he returned to her. “I’m going to blindfold you to help you focus.”

Silence.

“Evan?”

“Yes, blindfold me.”

She closed her eyes and he covered them in the soft cloth and tied it behind her head. Then, he kissed her, while his tongue tenderly teased her mouth.

Her breath hitched and he waited until she got it under control again. Then, he ran his hands down her arms and lifted her hands to his mouth. One by one, he kissed her fingertips, sending mini explosions bursting through her.

In the past, he’d run a crop or a feather across her skin, but tonight his fingers were his instruments. She smiled. His large, talented hands were one of his greatest gifts and her body bowed to his every caress.
