The Deeper You Go (Heartbelt Records #1)(28)
Author: Logan Grey

“God—fuck,” Travis ground out, and threw his head back onto the bed.

“It’s Bay, but thanks,” he teased in response, and Travis rolled his eyes even as a chuckle bubbled in his chest, which dissolved into a moan.

Another slow, torturous retreat, then another hard, quick thrust. Just when he thought he couldn’t take any more of it—needing more and less and everything all at once—Bay tilted his hips up even more and bucked into him once again. With the angle changed ever so slightly, he bumped his prostate, and Travis jerked in his hold, a wordless moan falling from parted lips.

Pleasure lit him up from the inside out, until he was vibrating with the need for more.

“There we go,” Bay murmured, and tightened his hold on Travis.

Travis squeezed his fingers around Bay’s forearm as he retreated his hips again, bracing himself for the thrust. But nothing could have prepared him for the quick, punishing rhythm that robbed him of breath and thought and everything except a need for more.

Every time he plunged deep, he pegged his G-spot, until Travis could hardly string a coherent thought together. Wordless moans poured from him as Bay worked him into a ball of pleasure and sensitivity one stroke at a time.

Travis gripped the back of one of his thighs, pulling it to his chest and giving himself something to hold onto. Every time Bay thrust, heat exploded through him like a firework, sparks fizzing along his senses until he didn’t know up from down—until nothing existed outside of Bay’s touch.

“Bailey—” Travis groaned, burning up from the inside out.

“I know,” he breathed raggedly. He planted one palm by Travis’s head to brace himself while the other one gripped his hip to hold him in place. Travis studied the magnificence of Bay as he worked above him, inside him, surrounding him. His face and chest were flushed just like Travis imagined his own were, and his jaw was clenched as he breathed shallowly. With every press forward, his arms flexed, and the veins made Travis want to trace them with his tongue.

Tremors began in his thighs and quickly spread to his entire body as Bay slammed into him again. Then it all… stopped, and Travis sucked in a breath as he stared up at Bay.

“What are you—oh, fuck,” he hissed.

Bay restarted his rhythm, pulsing in and out of him slowly, just teasing right past his entrance, stimulating the sensitive skin there with each movement. He repeated the action until Travis dropped a hand to Bay’s waist, pulling him forward. When he made a move to pull back again, Travis flexed his fingers to dig his nails into Bay’s ass.

“Stop teasing me,” he begged.

Bay’s smirk was as gorgeous as the man himself, but Travis wanted to smack it off his face just then.

At least until Bay listened and erased any form of protest from Travis’ mind. He slammed into Travis again and restarted his merciless rhythm until Travis was mindless.

Heat engulfed his entire body, and Travis knew he wouldn’t last much longer, like the fuse had been lit and it was only a matter of time.

Brokenly, he tried to let Bay know, but it was useless. All he could do was hold on until—

“Fuck—Bay—” He groaned, and his entire body seized, his balls drawing up tight to his body and his lower back burning and his cock throbbing with every single movement.

Bay let go of his hip to reach between them and wrapped his fingers around Travis’s cock, and just that simple touch was enough to make him explode, sparks igniting as he slammed his eyes shut and rocked his head back into the mattress.

His cock jerked with his release as he came, painting his chest and Bay’s hand with his come. A shout built in the back of his throat, but Bay clapped a hand over his mouth as he parted his lips to keep him as quiet as possible as pleasure consumed him like flames.

As his ass contracted around Bay, his rhythm stuttered before he slammed into Travis only a few more times before plunging deep and holding—leaning down to muffle his shout into Travis’s shoulder.

By the time the pleasure subsided, he felt like they were surrounded by smoke, moving sluggishly, and dazed as Bay carefully pulled out of him and disposed of the condom in the bathroom. He returned with a rag and wiped his hand and Travis’s chest off before collapsing beside him.

Their breaths were loud in the otherwise silent room, and Travis turned his head on the pillow to stare at Bay. A sheen of sweat coated his brow, but the satisfaction was clear on his face.

“You know, I’ve had a crush on you for years.” Bay’s voice was quiet as their breaths traded places for silence.

“Years?” His blond hair was wrecked from Travis’s fingers, his chest and cheeks still flushed from exertion.

“Ever since the first show. But I want you to know that I meant what I said.” He leaned up and propped one elbow beneath him to stare down intently at Travis. “This wasn’t some adolescent fantasy fulfilled, though I’ll admit sixteen-year-old Bay would be over the moon.” The smirk almost did Travis in. “I know you plan to leave eventually, so this can’t be long term, but I think we should live in the moment—and just do this.”

Travis couldn’t describe why his heart sank as part of his statement registered, but he ignored it in favor of doing exactly what he suggested, living in the moment.

“Living in the moment. I like that,” he agreed with a smile.

Silence filled the room as they stared at each other, and Travis couldn’t have avoided his gaze if he tried. Bay must have known it, too, because he smiled and leaned down to press his lips to Travis’s again.

The kiss was soft and smooth, lacking the desperate heat of their earlier kisses, but somehow that made it even better.

When he pulled back, a smile was twitching his lips and Travis tilted his head to the side. “What?”

“I know I’m an adult and everything, but I have to sneak back to my room.”

Travis grinned at the way his cheeks flamed. “Why’s that?”

“Because even though I am fully capable of starting the day by myself, my mother still insists on knocking on my door every morning to make sure I’m awake. If I don’t answer, she’ll come searching.”

A chuckle burst out of Travis before he could stop it. “That’s adorable. Dana is so sweet, but yeah, I don’t want her knocking on my door at the crack of dawn searching for you. No offense.”

Bay shrugged before he crawled over Travis and planted one foot on the floor. Travis’s stomach flipped as he leaned down to press an open-mouthed kiss to his collarbone.

“I have an easy day tomorrow if you want to play more music,” he offered, glancing up at Travis.

Travis arched a brow. He wouldn’t describe what they’d just done as music, though he was thankful Dana’s room was clear across the house because he had been pretty loud.

“Don’t look at me like that,” Bay scoffed. “I mean music.”

“Hmm…” Travis pretended to think it over. “I’ll have to check my schedule. I’m pretty busy, you know…”

Bay rolled his eyes and grabbed a fistful of Travis’s hair and tugged his head back to display his neck. Travis groaned as Bay dipped down and kissed a long, wet line all the way back to his mouth.

“I think you can pencil me in,” he whispered.
