Ash : A Dark Mafia Romance(32)
Author: Sophie Lark

I thought it would be easier this time, but it feels like my body has closed up all over again, like it had never been penetrated in the first place. I know where his cock is supposed to go, but it feels like there’s a solid barrier in the way.

“It’s okay,” Dom murmurs, still kissing me. He grabs my hips and helps maneuver me into a more comfortable angle. “Nice and slow . . .”

My dark hair hangs down around our faces like a curtain. Our foreheads are touching, our lips pressed together, our tongues entwined. As Dom kisses me, I relax just a little, and his cock starts to slide inside of me. Or more accurately, I slide down onto him, bit by bit, until we’re docked together.

I assumed that when a woman is on top, she rides the man like a pony. But when I move even a little bit, it feels like Dom’s cock is rearranging my insides. I’m still very tender. It’s hard to get used to this sensation.

On the other hand, even a very little movement does amazing things for me. My clit rubs against Dom’s body, against the warm, flat flesh directly above his cock. And that feels fucking fantastic.

When I sit up, I can’t feel it as much, but I have the highly arousing view of Dom’s gorgeous face and his muscular chest and arms beneath me. When I lean forward to kiss him, rolling my hips back and forth, it creates the most intense and delicious friction. I can feel the warmth spreading all through my belly, all the way up to my breasts, which brush against his bare chest.

Dom is still gripping my hips, his big hands wrapped most of the way around my waist. Even though I’m the one on top, he could control my body completely if he wanted to. But he lets me set the pace, letting me find the rhythm that sends sparks of pleasure scattering across the dry tinder of my desire.

I start to ride him a little faster, nuzzling my face against the side of his neck. I love the sharp, clean scent of his skin, the slight dampness of his sweat at his hairline. I love the way the stubble on his face sends shivers down my spine when I brush my cheek against his.

I’ve never actually been high. But I imagine this is how it feels—heady and ecstatic. Dizzy and yet more aware of your senses than you’ve ever been before.

I can feel the orgasm starting to build. Cumming against Dom’s tongue feels absolutely incredible, but this is different. This climax is building deep, deep inside of me. It’s like the difference between a firecracker exploding on the palm of your hand and the force of the explosion if you close your fist tight around it first.

The orgasm is building and building, and I’m clenching and squeezing around Dom’s cock. His hands are tightening around my waist, and I’ve got my hands thrust into his hair, which is thick and shaggy and warm in my hands.

It’s such a relief to be able to gasp and pant and cry out as loud as I want. There’s no one to hear us—we’re up in the very peak of the roof, nothing above us but the sky and the stars.

When I do start to cum, I scream so loud that I think maybe Dom’s friends will hear us after all. Because I’ve never felt anything so good in my life, never even imagined it. A burst of pleasure that’s pure and intense and white-hot like a supernova. It obliterates me completely.

When I come to, I’m lying flat on Dom’s bed, looking up at the roof.

“I’m going to make you feel that way every day of your life,” he tells me.

“I don’t know if I’ll survive that.”

He kisses me once more.

“You’ll survive it. And you’ll fucking love it.”

I want Lara to stay the night, but she begs me to take her back home so she can sneak in before Erdeli wakes up.

Knowing now that he’s not actually her father, and that he’s not abusing her, is the only thing that allows me to agree. I drive her home, dropping her off in front of the plain rented flat where Erdeli hides her.

However, knowing that her father is actually Avo Kazarian is far worse. Because I know what a rabid animal he is. Thinking what he’s done to Lara makes me insane with rage.

I’m going to kill him. He can’t escape from that.

How a man could treat his own wife and children with such depravity is beyond comprehension. There’s something wrong in his brain. He’s defective. But he still deserves punishment.

For the immediate future, however, I have to figure out what I’m going to tell Ivan.

I’ve never lied to my brother. We’ve always been honest with each other. But I also promised to keep Lara’s secret.

So when Ivan comes home a few days later, I approach him immediately. I tell him that l let someone into the house while he was away.

“The girl you’ve been seeing?” Ivan says, one eyebrow raised.

“Yes.”

He sighs.

“You know the rules against that.”

“Well,” I say. “I thought we relaxed the ‘No Girls Allowed’ rule when Sloane came to stay.”

Ivan scowls at me.

“First of all, I didn’t invite Sloane into our house. She broke in.”

“True!” Sloane pipes up, from the other side of the room. She’s mixing us some drinks—a whiskey sour for Ivan, a mule for her, and a vodka soda for me because I was edgy and just said the first thing that popped in my head.

“Second,” Ivan says, “don’t try to distract me. Who is this girl? Why have you been keeping her a secret?”

“Well,” I say. “She’s sort of . . . Erdeli’s daughter.”

Ivan stares at me.

“Pavel Erdeli? The police commissioner?”

“Yessss . . .”

“His daughter. The one you kidnapped.”

“Very briefly held hostage, yeah. That one.”

Ivan shakes his head.

“Wow. You’ve really outdone yourself. Of all the idiotic things I was imagining, this is even worse.”

“She’s not going to tell him anything.”

Ivan lets out a bark of laughter.

“How in the FUCK could you know that for certain?”

“I know it,” I tell him firmly. “I trust Lara.”

“Little brother,” Ivan says, shaking his head in amazement, “Almost every stupid thing has been done for greed or for love.”

“Oh, come on,” Sloane says, bringing over our drinks and handing them around. “How can you say that?”

“I did several stupid things when I fell in love with you,” Ivan says, taking his drink. “Nothing but stupid things, really . . .”

“And it all worked out perfectly,” Sloane says cheerfully. “You’re a terrible object lesson, my love. Contradicting your own point with your own outcome.”

Ivan tries to scowl at her too, but not very successfully. I see the corner of his mouth twitch, and he pulls her down onto his lap instead of letting her sit next to him on the sofa as she intended.

“Still,” he says to me. “How do you see this playing out? Erdeli’s not going to be okay with his daughter dating you. Especially not after he throws us all in prison.”

“She’s an adult,” I tell him. “It’s her choice who she wants to be with.”

“And she chose you,” Ivan says.
