“What will happen to all those Super Soldiers?”

Again, you aren’t responsible for the universe. You did what you could do, and I’m proud of you. Besides, isn’t it enough you may be the key to saving humanity’s fertility issue?”
I shrugged. “I didn’t really do that. I just survived the nanos.”
He lifted me up, and I wrapped my arms around his waist. He swung me around but didn’t set me down anywhere, instead keeping me tightly wound around him. “Sometimes the best we can do is live another day.” Corbin kissed my chin. “I love you.”
