Last First Love (Last First Kiss, #4)(4)
Author: Anna Michael

I mean, probably it's a good thing that I think his girl's hot as hell, right? So probably I can still salvage this situation without ending up in a full body cast. Better to shift back into joke mode so he doesn't get the full picture of all the wicked thoughts I've been entertaining about the lovely Lily.

I shrug, feigning nonchalance. "But come on, bro. I'll have to tell the other ambos about you hanging out with some real men if you don't quit following me around everywhere I go." I fold my arms and then bounce my pecs a couple of times at him. Take that, mister meat wagon.

This time, Elliott rolls his eyes. "You're fucking ridiculous, Daniels."

I shake my butt at him, then spank it one time. "I know you like what I've got, mister medic." My eyes flick over to where Lily is watching us, her lips bunched together in suppressed laughter. Or else she's trying not to be sick. She’s looked vaguely queasy off and on this whole shoot. Hmm. Only one of those is good, but honestly, I can still make this work with either response from her.

Wait, no. She's apparently Elliott's newest girlfriend. I've got to quit thinking about taking her to dinner. Then breakfast the morning after. And speaking of food, I need to return my attention to Elliott so he doesn't figure out how hard I've been pushing the me and Lily agenda.

"Did you come by just to buy me lunch? Or were you more into ogling the rest of this year's crop of beefcakes?" I jerk my thumb over toward the group of guys milling around Darcy and Abernathy. "Because you know I'm the one and only special man in your life, isn't that right?" I leer at him, then make an exaggerated kissing face.

"Daniels, would you please quit acting like an idiot in front of my baby sister? She doesn't want to deal with your crap." I pause mid smooch, then stand up straight, looking at him extra closely.

"Your sister?" I ask, because this may be the best news I've heard yet today. If Lily isn't Elliott's girlfriend, then it’s entirely possible she really was giving me the sexy eyes earlier. And if she was giving me any form of sexy eyes, I'm definitely going to cash in on all the promises her body is making right now. Well, as soon as I get out from underneath Elliott's completely unnecessary stink eye.

"You remember Lily, don't you?" He shrugs, then shoves his hands into his pockets. "Well, maybe you don't. Daniels, this is Lily, my one and only precious baby sister. Now don't do anything incredibly stupid like trying to show her your dick."

I laugh more than a little nervously. I don't want him to know that every single thought since I've met her has basically been about how I could possibly arrange for her to be naked with me and looking at my dick as soon as possible.

"Now, now." I flash him my best supermodel smile, the one with the little dimple flashing across my cheek. "I make them wait until the third date, Ell. You know I'm not some easy lay."

My eyes slide past him and zero in on Lily again. What is it about her? She's not my usual type, for sure. She's far too shy, too innocent for the likes of dirty old me. But I can't seem to keep my eyes off her.

There's something very charming and innocent about the way she gets so flustered around me. And I can't help but want to get her worked up and overheated enough until she finally gives in to my advances, letting me press every square inch of her soft, creamy skin against my sharp, hardened edges and then make her moan out my name again and again while I do every wicked thing I can think of to her.

But hold up, how on earth could this possibly be Elliott's little twerpy sister? The last time I saw her, she was nothing but a little kid. She had braces that gave her a lisp when she talked, and I felt like she was basically a walking skinned knee and a pair of pigtails, nothing else. Elliott always called her Metal Mouth and it made her cry a little, but she was a kid, barely in middle school.

The Lily in front of me is a grown up, grade A bombshell. She looks like one of those pin-up girls, all curves and sexy promises of what's to come once I sweet talk her out of her clothes and in between my sheets.

"Hey Lily, sorry. I haven't seen you in a long time I guess." I rub the back of my neck with one hand. I'm not the kind of guy who gets embarrassed anymore, but completely failing to recognize my best friend's little sister? That's not cool. "You certainly have gotten bigger since the last time I saw you."

She turns as red as if I'd lit her on fire. But what's the matter now? I'm not saying anything even remotely dirty to her, even though I'd really, really like to.

There's no denying that she's grown into a living, breathing version of my own wet dreams. Her breasts alone are the kind of lush curves that my dreams are made of. She's definitely got more than a handful of gorgeous, succulent flesh there, made especially for a man like me to kiss, lick, and worship. And I'd love to trace the shape of her waist, feel those thick, creamy thighs clasp around my face.

I'll bet she tastes amazing.

And then Elliott gives me an elbow to the ribs, taking my mind off the filthy thoughts I've been enjoying about Lily again. Oops.

"I'm here to take Lily to lunch. I'd invite you to come with us but you're not really dressed." His lips curl up into a smile. "I feel like I should shove a dollar bill in your pants or something."

I laugh. Good, he's definitely not a mind reader, because he would have definitely killed me already for the way I was just fantasizing about going down on his baby sister, roomful of witnesses or no. "I guess you could. You know, for old time's sake." I waggle my crotch at him, giving him a few of my best stripper moves.

"Oh, Daniels. You're such a hot mess. I can't believe any woman on earth even looks twice at you." He snorts, but then reaches into his pocket and pulls out a dollar bill, shaking it at me.

"My man," I say and strut over toward him, rolling my hips and pretending to pinch my own nipples. But my eyes are fixed on the woman beside him. I can't seem to stop flirting with Lily, even though she won't even meet my eyes right now. Does she not like what I have to offer? Because that's ridiculous.

I know damn well what I look like, and I work hard every single day of my life to get here. There's no way she's not interested. I saw her face earlier too when she didn't know that I was watching, that soft look of eagerness in her eyes, the way she wet her lips before she spoke to me.

I know all the signs. Look, I'm a playboy. I've gone out of my way to chase women my entire life and I know all the different ways that they show interest--that hair toss move, the nervous fiddling with clothing, and, my favorite, the sexy flush of arousal on her face or neck.

And I've been watching Lily blush as hot as if she had a sunburn, off and on for this entire photo shoot. She's definitely turned on by me, and all I want is to see is more. All of her body, flushed and excited, bared to my eyes.

Elliott takes the dollar and shoves it down the front of my pants a little more roughly than is probably called for under the circumstances. Guess he isn't quite so oblivious to the way I've been eyeing his sister after all. Well, hopefully he won't notice the partial I've been sporting due to her unbelievable sexiness.

Lily turns her entire body away to the side, facing squarely away from my dirty dance moves. I'm not going to make her look at me right now, but if we were alone, I'd grab her chin and make her give her attention to exactly what I can do with my body.
