Cruel Idols(11)
Author: Sorcha Black

He pulled out suddenly, and Zero gasped for air, but before he caught his breath, Vandal pushed him forward, overbalancing him then lowering him to the ground with a grip on the shibari rope so Zero didn’t mash his unguarded face against the hardwood. Vandal spat into his hand and slicked it over Zero’s asshole.

Sympathetically, I cringed. I fucking hated anal, and from the looks of it, Vandal wasn’t going to be using any lube.

Poor Zero.

Part of me thought I should probably go back upstairs, but I couldn’t bring myself to do the right thing and leave. Besides, they’d already admitted they were aware I’d catch them eventually, and they weren’t being careful. Maybe knowing they might get caught was turning them on as much as watching was turning me on.

I couldn’t see the details of what Vandal was doing behind Zero, but the tied man’s hitched breathing and his furrowed brow gave it away as he was prepped for Vandal’s use.

“I brought lube,” Zero muttered, sounding understandably distracted.

“You think you deserve lube?”

Zero winced, but it was hard to tell if it was the words or Vandal’s fingers that pained him.

“I’m going to go with yes.”

“Wrong.”

“Fuck you, Van.”

“No, fuck you.” Vandal got behind him and spat into his hand again, coating his jutting cock before spitting directly on Zero’s ass and focusing his attention on invading the other man’s body. Zero swore, the word coming out more as a whimper rather than a macho curse, and the sound of his dismay made me melt into a submissive, masochistic puddle of envy. I didn’t want to get used as a punishment like he was, but watching it was…oh fuck…so hot.

My pussy spasmed with the need for attention, and I pressed my hand there for a moment before making myself stop.

Vandal was merciless, forcing Zero’s ass to take his cock without giving it much time to adjust. His teeth were gritted almost as obviously as Zero’s were, and he spat again. Was he sorry he hadn’t grabbed the lube after all? I couldn’t imagine it was pleasant to fuck an asshole without lube, and I had no interest in being on either side of that experience.

Zero was whimpering and gasping, making me squirm where I stood as Vandal used his ass with ruthless efficiency, taking pleasure and dealing pain. He dug his short fingernails into the welts on Zero’s thighs, and Vandal groaned as his victim hissed.

The use was fast and hard and looked horribly uncomfortable, and the vicious expression on Vandal’s face was absolutely mesmerizing.

His hips stuttered and jerked, and he lifted his chin, nostrils flaring, as he plunged deep and hard the last few times. I could almost see the cum spurting into Zero’s ass as tension eased out of Vandal’s shoulders. Vandal sighed, his eyes shutting as he stroked a hand down Zero’s back, bumping over the latticework of rope, making the other man shudder. He pulled out abruptly and hauled Zero back upright on his knees.

Vandal tousled Zero’s hair, then clucked his tongue in disapproval. “What did you do?”

“Sir, I…” The words died away, and Zero gazed down at the floor. At first I thought he was avoiding eye contact with Vandal, then I realized he was looking at the puddle that had apparently formed on the hardwood under his untouched cock.

“You weren’t supposed to enjoy that.”

A second puddle was forming between Zero’s legs, from where Vandal’s cum was dripping from his ass.

“No, sir.”

“Did you come?”

“It was an accident, sir.”

Vandal pulled up his pants and zipped them before pushing Zero over sideways with his foot. Zero hit hard, wincing as his shoulder connected with the floor, having had no way to break his fall.

“I’ll clean the mess I made, but you’re going to clean the one you made.”

“Yes, sir.”

“With your tongue.”

Zero glared at him.

“Or I can kick you in the nuts, and then you can do it anyway.”

“Bastard.”

“This is what you signed up for, princess. You don’t get rewarded for not meeting your word count.”

Zero sighed. “Can I be untied for this part?”

“No.”

“Miserable fucking cow.”

Vandal crouched beside him and grabbed his hair. “Such terrible manners. It’s like I’ve never taught you better.”

Zero’s eyes widened. “I’m sorry, sir. It slipped out.”

“Like all the cum leaking from your dick?”

“Yes, sir. Like that. It’s an involuntary reaction to you being a bastard.”

Vandal’s mouth quirked. “Brat. Get to it before this mellow mood passes and I get mean again.” He strode from the room, presumably to get something to clean the floor.

I slipped back upstairs, silently shutting myself in my room and trying to ignore the desire to take the edge off…and failed.

Chapter 5

The scent of frying bacon drew me out of a guilt-ridden, fitful sleep. Yeah, I was stuck here, and they hadn’t been very discreet, but the fact that I’d stood around watching without permission was completely on me. I’d never done anything so creepy in my life.

I showered and changed, and as I made my way down the stairs I felt very much like an interloper. The cheerful camaraderie in the kitchen fell abruptly silent.

“Good morning,” Zero said, flashing me one of his flirtatious smiles. “Sleep okay?”

I tried to think of something to say, but I could feel my face burning as my mind automatically called up a visual of the two of them together the night before—the beautiful, sweating bodies, the intimacy.

“Yes, fine,” I choked out, sounding like I’d swallowed my words the wrong way before spitting them out. “You?”

“I always sleep well here,” he replied. “I don’t know why. Too much beer, maybe.”

Vandal wasn’t looking at him—he was watching me through narrowed eyes. He waved me into the chair across the kitchen table from him, and I sat, filling an empty plate with eggs, bacon, and toast when Zero prompted me to. Silence had fallen again while I was helping myself to food.

Obviously, Vandal suspected I knew something, but I wasn’t sure whether to admit it at that point. What they did in their free time was none of my business. They were consenting adults, after all, but I wasn’t sure if it was going to make things even more awkward to acknowledge I knew. It would make me look like a bigger snoop than he already thought I was.

I took a bite of egg and toast and chewed thoroughly before looking up at the two of them. Vandal was still watching me, but Zero was drinking his coffee and gazing out the window at the pretty morning beyond.

“Have you ever had your cottage checked for ghosts?” I asked innocently.

“What do you mean?” Vandal asked, his expression stony.

“I don’t know. Some weird noises woke me up about three. I’m sure you guys were asleep by then.”

“I can’t say I’ve ever noticed paranormal activity in the cottage,” Vandal said smoothly, leaning back in his chair and snaking a perfectly cooked strip of bacon from his plate. He took a bite of it. “How about you, Zero? You hear anything weird last night?”
