Ruthless Romeo(34)
Author: Emma Vikes

“This is amazing,” I said on a gasp, as he opened the door on a stunning room. Inside was a wonderland of muted yellow and white, lace decorating the bassinet, crib, and draperies. There were toys and a changing station, and everything new parents might need.

“That’s not all,” he told me as he opened an adjacent room with an attached doorway on the third floor. “These are our new quarters. It’ll be easier this way with the baby.”

The quarters, while not quite as vast as Romeo’s original rooms, were less ornate and much classier than much of the mansion. The walls were a sunny yellow color, a shade brighter than the nursery’s, with a thick gray carpet, and knotted pine flooring. The furniture was more traditional in here with a walnut headboard on the still massive king-sized bed, a matching kitchen table polished within an inch of its life, and deep brown curtains that reminded me of chocolate.

The quarters were light and airy, and most importantly new. There were no unhappy memories here. Here we could start over fresh. And in another case of Romeo showing how much he cared about me, he’d even installed a dance studio complete with a mirrored wall and a barre.

Instead of the fussy roses that had been on the bedding inside my gilded cage, or the dramatic black comforter and sheets Romeo had had in his room, there was a thick, cottony duvet with a gray checkered pattern. The bathroom made up of bright white tiles held both a walk-in shower with a heated bench, and a jacuzzi tub big enough for four people.

“I love it,” I gushed. It was the most generous thing he’d done for me thus far.

“At your last appointment, the midwife said something about a water birth. I thought you could deliver the baby right here if you wanted.”

“I like that idea.”

A predatory look took over his features as he pointed to the bathroom. “Also, I’m going to fuck you in that shower.”

I drew a finger down the center line of his tie. “Are you now?” I teased.

I squeaked when he bundled me up into his arms and trotted over there. “Yes. Right now.”

I sighed. Three days after our nuptials we’d finally consummated our marriage, but Romeo had still been in noticeable discomfort. Our usual daily—or every multiple daily—sex marathons had gone by the wayside for a couple of weeks, with me pleasuring him with my mouth instead. It’d been a case of the spirit being willing while the body was weak, but recently we’d started making love again.

“I need more from you, though,” Romeo whispered as he deposited me outside of the transparent shower door.

“What do you need?” my voice grew breathy as the space between my thighs felt suddenly damp.

“I need you blind to what will happen. Do you trust me?”

I gaped at him for a split second before recovering. Lately, he surprised me more and more with how solicitous he could be with me. “I do trust you.”

“Then do precisely what I say.” He unzipped the back of my velvety dress, and I quivered with anticipation. It had been since before the wedding that he’d taken such absolute dominant control. “Take it off. Let it fall off your shoulders one side at a time. Say, ‘Yes, husband,’ if you understand.”

“Yes, husband.”

I removed every garment I wore this way. First my winter dress. Then, I stepped out of my shoes. I unclasped my bra and had it dangle from one wrist. I lowered my panties to my ankles before he ordered me to kick them off. I followed each of his instructions to the letter, waiting for him to touch me. He didn’t yet, and I was a little disappointed that he held back, I needed to know what he had in store for me.

When he pulled a long red scarf from his back pocket, butterflies swooped in my stomach that had nothing to do with my pregnancy. I felt suddenly nervous. In the past, Romeo had exerted pain during sex, and while it had worked for me then, now I felt worried. My body had changed. While my belly remained flat, my breasts had become far more sensitive. I hoped he wouldn’t pinch them like he once had, or this would not be fun for me.

Not that I could tell him. Especially not since I’d agreed to let him do whatever he wanted.

He took the scarf and threaded it around my eyes twice, blocking everything from my sight.

“Hold still.”

“Yes, husband.”

I heard various sounds that brought vague images to my mind. The faint snick of his tie being tugged from around his neck. His suit jacket sliding down his arms and his cufflinks coming out of the end of his sleeves. His belt buckle being released, and the recognizable clicks of the metal teeth of his zipper coming down. Desire galloped through me, but so did trepidation. Please don’t be too rough with me, I silently begged.

Next came a creaking of a hinge, the slaps of bare feet on tile, and the twist of a nozzle, followed by water spraying on the bathmat I’d seen. I felt the movement of air as he moved about the room, the heat and humidity increasing against my skin as the water inside the shower stall poured down.

Perhaps because of the white noise of the shower, I didn’t realize Romeo had stepped up next to me again, until he hands gripped my hips. Startled, I dragged in a noisy breath, making him chuckle.

“If I check you, will you be wet for me?” he asked, and while I felt aroused, I wasn’t certain if it was detectable in that way yet.

“Uh, yes, husband,” I said, but it sounded more like a question than a statement.

“Oh, shall I see?” He didn’t wait for a response, instead, I felt his hand reaching between my legs for inspection. I held my breath, hoping I was. I didn’t want a punishment in my current condition. He groaned in my ear then, pushing his rock-hard erection to the cleft of my bottom. “Fuck, yes,” he hissed out, and glad I was pleasing him, I relaxed by the smallest degree. He took my hand and wrapped it around his long length. “Do you like what you do to me?”

This time, my answer came out surer and more confident. “Yes, husband.”

His palms skimmed over me then. Around my shoulders and back, up my arms to my sides. He cupped my breasts, and tensed for the assault, but instead of tweaking my nipples hard, he rubbed his way down to my thighs again, nudging me until I padded forward.

“That’s right. Keeping going until I stop you.”

“Yes, husband.”

My feet went from the soft plastic of the bathmat to bare tile, slick beneath my toes. He changed positions, letting go of my thighs to move around me. For a second, I wasn’t certain of where he was, until his mouth latched on to my left nipple. I felt the wet warmth of his tongue as he flicked the beaded tip, the barest edge of his teeth, then a sharper suckle. Bracing myself, I went rigid, my entire body stiffening against what he might do, and despite trying not to react in any other way than what he wished for me to, one word went careening out of my mouth in a loud and imploring whimper.

“No.”

“No.”

The word came from my wife’s lips as a plaintive cry, and not expecting it, I responded how I once would’ve.

“No?” I barked at her, my tone harsh. It was automatic, a knee-jerk reaction, and the next thing I noticed was a rapid huff of breath, followed up immediately by a shudder. Lucia was crying. No, she was sobbing. What the hell? She’d been into what I’d been doing. I know she had. My cock had already thickened in readiness for her, and my annoyance at this interruption came out as more than evident. “What’s wrong with you, Lucia?”
