A Business Trip with Dad’s Best Friend(18)
Author: Gena Snow

I pull out my cock again until I hit the spot I know she’ll enjoy, and spiral it along her walls.

“Oh Gavin. How do you do it?” Ivy writhes under me. “This is amazing! Do it again!”

I chuckle. “Yes, sweetheart. I’ll do it again and again,” I say, rolling my hips faster.

Suddenly she tenses. “Gavin. I’m gonna come.”

“Good, baby,” I mumble, although I would like it to last longer.

Groaning, I plunge into her deep. She purrs and tilts her pelvis up to meet my thrusts.

Her walls clench soon, pressuring my cock, and I let out an animalistic growl while releasing my own orgasm.

I lie on top of her, careful not to crush her. And then I roll onto my side, taking her with me.

I brush the hair that pastes on her cheeks and kiss her. “Did you enjoy your first time?”

“What a question,” she says with a smile. “You spoiled me. I don’t think I can live without having sex again. If I only knew sex would be so good!”

“Then what?” I ask jealously. “Would you have picked a random guy to experience it?”

“Maybe,” she says, giggling. “I’m teasing you. I might’ve gotten a vibrator.”

“A vibrator?” I growl, not liking the idea either. “Don’t you dare!”

She giggles and kisses me. “Oh, Gavin. You’re so hot when you’re jealous! I didn’t know you could be so possessive!”

“I didn’t know either,” I say, stroking her face. “You drive me insane, baby. Promise me you’ll never let another man touch you!”

“I promise,” she says in a throaty voice. “I’m yours and only yours.”

I clasp her tightly in my arms. My heart aches from the love I feel for her. “I love you, treasure!”

She gazes at me, her eyes filled with tears. “Oh God, Gavin. I hope I’m not dreaming. Say that again, please!”

I chuckle and I repeat the phrase over and over, making her laugh.

“You want a shower?” I ask her after planting a deep kiss on her.

“Yeah, but not now. Let me just rest in your arms for a second. I love being so close to you. It’s so comfy.”

I kiss her head and close my eyes.

Chapter 16

Ivy

I feel a feathery touch on my eyelid when I wake. I open my eyes and blink at the bright morning light, and then I smile when I see Gavin’s handsome face. He’s lying on his side, propped on one elbow while gazing at me. Oh God, how many times have I dreamed of such a moment, waking up next to him!

“Good morning! Ivy,” he says in a husky voice.

My thighs clench in an instant. “Good morning, Gavin.” I blush as I recall our passionate moments before I fell asleep. “I’m sorry. I thought I would just close my eyes for a moment, but ended up …”

“Stop apologizing,” he chides. “I wore you out, didn’t I? I should be the one apologizes.”

He stamps kisses all over my face and holds me in his arms.

I feel his morning wood against my thigh, and my feminine organ throbs with want again.

“Damn, I want to stay in bed with you,” he says as I wriggle against him. “But we’d better get up. The French are waiting.”

Being reminded of Louis, I frown. Last night’s horror replays in my mind, and I shiver.

“Are you all right?” Gavin asks, kissing my head.

“Yeah,” I say. “Are you sure about the…transaction?”

He pauses and doesn’t answer my question. A moment later, he speaks. “What if I decide to keep the vineyard, Ivy? Would you like to move here to work for me? Were you serious about what you said the other night?”

A thrill runs through my spine. “Yes, Gavin. I meant what I said. I will work for you. I will come here to work for you if you hire me.”

The corners of his mouth curve up. “That’s a deal.”

“Do you mean it?” I squeal.

“Yes, I do,” he nods firmly. “I won’t sell it.”

I wrap my arm around him and kiss him like a fool. “Oh, Gavin! You’re making me so happy!”

He chuckles as he sits up, taking me in his arms. “Let’s shower and get ready for breakfast.”

Paul and Louis are at the breakfast table when Gavin and I enter the dining hall.

“Bonjour, Monsieur Bernard,” I say to Paul and avoids Louis’s eyes.

I sip coffee and eat my toasts, listening to Paul and Gavin chat about the weather. Paul keeps talking about his plans for improving the vineyard.

“I’m going to build a winery the first thing after the place is mine. I’ll expand the tasting room and get rid of the equestrian area and the shooting range. I’m planning to turn the chateau to a bed-and-breakfast, though.”

I glance at Gavin nervously, not knowing how he’ll break the news to the enthusiastic man who seems to think the deal is already done although he hasn’t even made the offer yet.

Gavin calmly swallows a mouthful of food, washes it down with coffee, and dabs his lips with the napkin before he speaks.

“Pardon, Paul,” he pronounces these words with a French accent that makes me want to cringe. “But I’m afraid I won’t be selling the vineyard.”

“Pourquoi?” Paul asks, his face astonished.

“I gave it some thought last night,” Gavin says with a shrug. “I like the place too much to part with it.”

Paul blinks. “This is not a ploy to bargain, is it?”

“No, I’m serious.” Gavin shakes his head. “I’m not selling it anymore.”

Paul’s face pales. “Surely you’re not sérieux. I don’t believe it. You can’t do this, not after we came all the way here from France. This is very unprofessional. I know Americans are eccentric, but this is outrageous!”

He’s practically shouting, alarming Debra and other staff around.

“I’m sorry, but I did not guarantee success,” Gavin says calmly. “I told you that before you came, and you did not have to come. But I appreciate your visit.”

Paul breathes heavily for a moment, huffing and puffing. Finally, he says, “Louis injured himself on your property, and I haven’t even complained.”

I jerk my head toward Louis and gasp when I see his red and swollen face. He bows his head in an instant. Obviously, he hasn’t told his uncle what really happened last night.

“How did you injure yourself, Louis?” Gavin asks, looking at the younger man with a stern face.

Louis’s face turns redder. He doesn’t answer the question.

“He fell from the stairs,” Paul says to Gavin. “I could sue you for that.”

“Oh?” Gavin scoffs, “Go head and sue me. I can refer you to some good lawyers.”

Paul’s face contorts with rage. “Unbelievable!” he stands up, throwing the napkin on the table with force and leaves us.

Louis follows his uncle closely, looking sheepish.

Gavin’s jaw clenches tight even though he tries to look nonchalant. I put my hand on him and he relaxes. “I’m sorry, Ivy. I meant to handle it with civility, but I guess I didn’t do a good job. I must’ve looked like an jerk.”
