Gray (Members From Money Season Two Book 22)(39)
Author: Katie Dowe

They were given a bigger table and Shelby watched as her husband laughed and talked with his friends. She had gotten close to Kiara and found that she liked Christina’s no-nonsense attitude and the way she always spoke what was on her mind. “They are like children.” Kiara murmured as she looked at the three men who were seated across from them.

“I think they have forgotten that we are here.” Christina said with a shake of her head, taking a swift look around to make sure that everything was okay.

“Oh I don’t know, “Shelby said with a smile. “I think I just saw my husband glanced at me a minute ago.”

“Maybe to see if you are mad at being ignored.” Kiara said dryly. She turned to look at Shelby. “I have ordered a few of your outfits online.”

“We are thinking of all of us wearing one each for the cancer benefit next month.” Christina added.

“That’s a great idea! It’s for the breast cancer, Leesa’s baby isn’t it?”

They both nodded.

“So that means I will have to come up with something pink.”

“I am not a pink kind of gal.” Kiara told her.

“Neither am I.” Christina pointed out.

“It will not be all pink. I will mix up the colors.”

“Black is my favorite.” Kiara told her.

“Green is mine.”

“I will come up with something.”

He folded his hands behind his head and watched as she creamed her skin. They had gotten back to the house half hour ago and had checked in with the boys, who were fast asleep with Benjamin lying on the chaise almost asleep.

“How was it?” he had asked them.

“Wonderful.”

“Go on to bed and do your thing. I got this.” He had told them with a grin.

“What?” she asked him as her eyes met his in the mirror.

“I love watching you do that.” He murmured.

“I had fun tonight,” She told him softly as she took out her earrings. “You, Aaron and Justin were talking business. You just cannot help yourself, can you?”

“Apparently not.” He said with a faint smile. “I heard something about the cancer benefit for next month?”

Shelby nodded as she got up from the stool and came over to him, taking off the robe as she did so, revealing the rich champagne lace nightgown she was wearing. She had put it on for show, knowing that her husband would be taking it off her very soon. She slid in next to him and he shifted so that he was looking at her, his head propped onto his hand as he stared at the swell of her breasts against the lace. “I have some new designs to come up with for the ladies.”

“Hmm,” he slid his finger between the material and touched the swell of flesh. “What we did before we went to the restaurant was a prelude.”

“To what?” she asked huskily as he slid the strap of her nightgown off.

“To this,” he removed the sheets to reveal his swollen manhood, the same time he bent his head to her puckered nipple. Shelby ran her fingers over his muscled chest as she arched her body towards his.

“I just wanted us to get a taste of what was to come,” she whispered. “I am not wearing panties.”

He lifted his head, his eyes bright with passion. “I know. And all through the night I was thinking about that.” He opened her legs and touched her sex, sliding a finger into her. “I wanted to do this, put my hand underneath the table and thrust my fingers inside you, just like this.” He said hoarsely. “Now I get to. Open up for me baby. Yes, like that.” He increased the pace, watching her lips parted and her eyes widened. He felt the tremors of her body as he drove his fingers into her, stroking the skin. “Give me everything.”

“Yes,” she whispered as she brought his head down to hers. “I love you Gray.” She told him achingly.

Chapter 16

“I am sorry Gray, but this is the third time the orders for the outfits have been doubled. Did you know that this is going to be one of the biggest cancer functions since they started? Prince Francesco and Tiana are coming as well as Prince Alexander and Debbie. Did you know about this?” Shelby gestured furiously to Moya as she held up a bolt of material.

“You sound stressed.” her husband said teasingly. “You will do great.”

“We were supposed to have dinner out tonight. Ben is hanging out at the house as usual. I swear that he is thinking of moving in and darling he brought them more clothes and I have seen several more stuffed toys piling up on their shelves. Can you tell him to stop? He does not listen to me.”

“You think he listens to me?” Gray asked wryly. “Ben will do what he pleases.”

“Ok so am I forgiven for standing you up tonight? I promise that I will get out of here as soon as I can.”

“I actually have a meeting that is going to run me into seven.”

“Oh thank God!” I promise that I will try and wrap things up as soon as possible.”

“Take your time. I am going to go home and hang with the boys, which includes my uncle.”

“No binge drinking in front of our sons please.”

“Yes ma’am.”

Shelby hung up with a smile on her face.

“Wipe that smile off your face honey.” Moya called over to her. “We have an emergency.”

“I promised my wife that we would not drink in front of the boys’,” Gray said as he topped up his drink and came to sit on the foam inside the nursery.

“She does not have to know. The boys won’t tell, and I certainly won’t either.” Benjamin said sardonically.

“You are a funny guy.” He placed his glass on the table and picked up the crawling Josh. “Isn’t Uncle Ben, a funny guy?” he hoisted his son over his head and tickled his tummy, smiling in delight when his son screamed in laughter.

“I think Anthony is a tad jealous.” Benjamin picked up the little boy who had crawled over to them. “Aren’t you buddy?” He ran a hand over the springy curls and watched as it bounced right back. “I smell a dirty diaper on this one. It’s your turn.”

“I think it is both our turns.” Gray told him with a grin. “Josh is stinking up the place.”

“I have become a regular baby mama.” Benjamin said with a sigh.

“That’s sexist man. Women are not the only ones who are changing diapers.” He looed up at the sound at the doorway and saw his wife framed there.

“I thought I said no drinking in the nursery.” She reprimanded as she walked in.

“Blame your husband.” Benjamin said mildly as he got to his feet and over to the changing table. “He insisted.”

“You know he is lying.” Gray walked over, holding his son aloft as he bent to kiss her lips. “We got this darling.”

“I want to spend a little time with them.”

“Want to change diapers?” Gray asked her.

“I will skip that part. After all, men are not above changing diapers too,” she said with a grin. “I caught the tail end of your conversation.”

“We want to thank you for your generosity, the fat checks that have been written to the cause and I assure you that every penny will go to victims suffering from breast cancer as well as their families. Suffering from any illness is hard, a difficult road to travel and not only for the person suffering from the disease but the ones close to them as well. We want to be there for them, to encourage and cheer them on and help them through this. There is also someone I want to acknowledge. Come on up here Shelby!”
