Bravo Raine Miller, I slowly savored every word of this gorgeous story, the flow of Rare and Precious Things was flawless, and when it was over, I was crying happy tears. I am so emotionally invested in these characters, not only Ethan and Brynne, but all of them. I have thoroughly enjoyed it every step of the way! I would also recommend Ms. Miller's historical books The Passion of Darius and The Undoing of a Libertine, as there are connections throughout this series that make it so much fun!

Losing both of my parents has been one of the hardest times of my life, and yet I would choose the same path for most of it, if I had to do it all over again. I know more about living now than I did before. Sometimes it takes death to help us understand life to a better degree. I have no regrets, only love…for the two people who created me and formed me as a person. It’s always there filling my heart and I know they are both proud of my achievements and share in celebrating with me if from another portal of time and space.
Meeting the people who read and enjoy my books, both in person and online, and making those new connections with them, forging relationships within this business is truly… something of the marvelous.

About the Author
Raine has been reading romance novels since she picked up that first Barbara Cartland paperback at the tender age of thirteen. She thinks it was The Flame is Love from 1975. And it's a safe bet she'll never stop reading romance novels because now she writes them too. Granted, Raine's stories are edgy enough to turn Ms. Cartland in her grave, but to her way of thinking, a tall, dark and handsome hero never goes out of fashion. Never! Writing sexy romance stories pretty much fills her days now. Raine has a prince of a husband and two brilliant sons…and two very bouncy but beloved Italian greyhounds to pull her back into the real world if the writing takes her too far away. Her sons know she likes to write stories but have never asked to read any. (Thank God.) The greyhounds are usually in her lap while she writes the stories, unfortunately both dogs at the same time.
