Chapter 15
He undressed her slowly when they went into the bedroom. The colorful quilt on the bed had already been turned down and the curtains drawn. The wedding and the reception had lasted for four hours and there was still daylight outside because the wedding had started at ten in order to give people time to get home. There hadn't been a lot of out of town guests and the few who had come had stayed at the local hotel. Lance had wanted the ceremony to be over as quickly as possible so that he could be alone with his wife. He took off the dress and took off his shirt and pants before he finished undressing her. Amy’s eyes widened when he went on his knees before her, his large hands cupping her belly. He kissed the bulge tenderly before looking up at her. “It’s amazing how you can love someone without meeting them first. I love our son so much and cannot wait to meet him.”
Amy ran her fingers through his slightly tousled dark hair, feeling the emotions swamping her. “I want to give you more. Maybe not right now. I want our son to get a chance to be spoiled first before we have another child. But I want to give you more children, Lance.”
“How much more are we talking?” he asked her hoarsely.
“Maybe two more or three.”
“One more,” he told her decidedly.
“We'll see.”
He kissed her stomach again before getting to his feet. “I want to see your hair spread out on the pillows.”
“Go ahead and take the pins out.”
He did so and spent the time taking the little rosebuds out as well, using his fingers to comb through the silken strands. His hand cupped the back of her head, bringing her head up to meet his. “So beautiful,” he whispered as his head descended. Amy placed her hands onto his solid chest, feeling the crispness of the hairs lying there as his mouth took hers in a kiss that drugged her senses. Everything else disappeared from her mind as the familiar sensations hit her, sending her into a dizzy spin! His tongue caressed hers before drawing it into his mouth, sweetly sucking at it and deepening the kiss. His hands dug into her hair, holding her still while he invaded her mouth. Lance felt the heat and flames curling at the pit of his stomach. His body jolted when he felt the movement of his child moving against him. He dragged his lips from hers, his breathing ragged as he stared down at the woman who held his heart and life in her hands!
“You felt it?” she asked him huskily.
“Like a hammer against me,” he whispered achingly. Taking her hand, he led her over to the bed and settled her back against the pillows. His eyes flared as he stared at her, the thick dark hair spread out against the pillows, her exquisite face softened with emotions. “I want to take my time.”
“I want you to.”
He climbed over her; his hands braced against the sides of her head as he stared down at her, the parted lips, the sultry dark brown eyes that could flash fire when she was putting across a point. He pressed his lips on her forehead and closed his eyes, drinking in her subtle perfume. Her clothes were hanging inside his closet and her personal items inside the bathroom that he'd redecorated for her. He'd stood at the double sink and picked up her brush that she used to brush her hair and little things like her makeup kit and tubes of lipstick. The scent of her body wash and her shampoo, even the underwear inside his clothes basket.
His lips wandered down her face and kissed the tip of her nose before brushing lightly against her lips, sending shivers all over her body. Her tongue went between her lips to touch his mouth but he wasn't engaging. He bit down on her tongue lightly, sending shockwaves through her body before he went to kiss her neck and the hollow of her throat. Amy curled her fingers against his muscled shoulders, feeling the muscles bunch at her touch. Her body trembled when he passed his lips over her full breasts, and that was before he took her nipple inside his mouth.
“Oh, Lance,” she whispered, one hand digging into his hair as he suckled her slowly, his movement deliberate. Fire darted along her skin, heating her and sending spasms through her body. He moved to the next one and gave it the same treatment. By the time he released her stiff nipple and went down to her stomach, she was on fire for him. “I can’t,” she moaned, her fingers digging into his hair. He savored the stiffness of her belly that was stretched tight with his son inside her, his fingers trembling as the emotions encompassed him. He shuddered when his son moved inside her and lifted his head to look at her. “I can't take much more,” she whispered.
“Soon,” he told her roughly as he went between her legs.
He felt the jolt when he barely touched his tongue to the swollen flesh of her sex and marveled anew that he could have such an effect on her. His tongue flicked out and drove into her, sending her body arching upwards.
“Oh Lord!” she cried out, her fingers digging into the quilt. Amy felt the trembling along her body and her mind turning to mush! The climax started from the tips of her toes and edged its powerful way up to the base of her stomach, taking over the rest of her body in a quickness that stole her breath. She let out a scream as it crashed through her body, washing over her with a force that couldn't be contained! He didn't stop until she was a trembling mass beneath him and only then did he lift his head and come over to bury his mouth on hers. The musky taste of her felt strange and had her clamping her hands round his neck to hold him to her. He ended the kiss, both of them shaken by the depths of emotions between them. He turned her onto her side and reaching between them he entered her swiftly from behind. She twisted her head so that she could capture his lips as he bent his head to her and started to move in her. Lance wrapped one hand around her belly, holding her gently as he fought to control the passion that was raging inside him. He drove into her, his body rigid, the control slipping away by degrees. It wasn't long before they both tumbled headlong into the wave, their bodies shuddering from the effect of the powerful climax.

“I was thinking that we should extend the rooms somewhat and add another two bedrooms as well,” Rosemarie murmured as she walked around the cottage. Renovations would be starting as soon as Monday, but she'd been coming here ever since the final sales had gone through.
Mason came up behind her and wrapped his hands around her waist. “You're determined to do everything by yourself aren’t you?” he asked her gently, kissing the top of her head. They'd spent the night following the wedding sipping nonalcoholic drinks and eating the cake they'd brought home with them. As usual, his mother had given them their privacy. He'd made love to her and had barely been able to stop himself from going through the night. She invigorated him and amazed him at the same time! She'd gotten him up early this morning to come and look at the place.
She leaned back against him with a contented sigh. “Don’t think you won't be helping.”
He moved the hair from her neck and pressed his lips against her skin. “I was thinking.”
“Uh oh.”
“I brought a blanket in the trunk and Mother packed something for lunch. Why don’t we spend the day christening the place? We could spread the blanket by the hearth and spend the time making love. What do you say?”
She turned in his arms. “Amy and Lance will be going back to the house today and I wanted to see her.”
