Mated Enemies(53)
Author: Jordan Silver

I have no idea what had unleashed him or why he felt the need to show up now while I was buried deep inside her but it was the first time such a thing had happened. No way am I fucking my pregnant wife in dragon form though, she wouldn’t survive.

So I pushed him back hard, cupped the swell of her growing tummy, and plowed my cock deep inside her over and over until her running juices told me that she was with me.

I ran my incisors along the flesh of her neck and felt her pussy clench down hard around my throbbing cock. Pretty soon it was her sliding her pussy back and forth on my thick cock as I held still while she took what she needed. She grunted and moaned each time she fucked herself back hard on my cock and it was all I could do not to let go and let my beast have her just this once. It’s like she was begging for it; but she wasn’t.

I knew for a fact that if I fucked her with my dragon cock my seed alone would wash my son out of her, that’s if I didn’t tear her apart first. There’s no way…. ‘Go away!’ How could I have missed it, and when did it appear? Hag, Beldam…

I wrapped my arms protectively around my wife as I fought the entity with my mind, sending her screeching into the darkness from which she’d crawled. I shielded Natalia both mentally and physically not letting on that anything was awry. Not letting on that the same hag had tried to cause me to harm her twice now.

She was close again, very close and I pulled myself back from thoughts of other things and concentrated on fucking us both to completion. It ended with me turning her head back at an awkward angle to tongue fuck her mouth while my cock dripped and drizzled the last of my seed inside her.

I didn’t pull out of her but pulled a few of the warming cloths across the room with my mind and laid them beneath her as I turned us onto our sides. “Sleep, I’ll watch over you.”

“But I just woke up.” Her jaw cracked with a yawn and she giggled her way into sleep while I stayed awake thinking.

Someone was not playing fair! But how had the hag entered the kingdom? Who had let her in? I’m afraid I knew the answer to that. And if I’m right this will change a lot of things. Maybe I’m partially to blame for things getting to this point.

Maybe I should’ve stemmed the flow long ago instead of leaving things to chance, instead of hoping that she’d set her sights on someone else and move on with her life. I never once imagined that she’d be this stupid though.

I’ve tolerated her over the years for my mother’s sake, but she had to know that going up against my wife was tantamount to committing suicide. She couldn’t possibly have convinced herself that I would choose her over my life mate. So what exactly is she thinking? And where in the hell had she found the hag?

It’s true the beldam can change their appearance so as to fool anyone, but I can’t imagine the sky monarch not sensing something like that here, or even my parents. Granted the shield had been almost good enough to fool me; had snuck up on me twice in fact. Which means I’m dealing with a very strong, very malevolent spirit that was somehow fixated on my wife.

Even if someone else had lured the hag here to do whatever it was up to, they’re not that easily lured unless there’s something in it for them. So was it Natalia they were after, or just the destruction of our marriage? And if so, why?

There could be a million answers to that one question but none of them mattered. My marriage and my wife were going to stay exactly where and how I wanted them. Whoever was behind this had to be rather desperate, and so was the hag since she dared to venture here.

She had to know that there’s no way she could win against me, not many can. So why was she risking her life and the elimination of her whole clan? Just what exactly was she after? It can’t be to help Sabrina fulfill her dream of getting me into her bed. No hag is that fucking dumb; though I’m pretty sure that that’s what Sabrina is after and I’m coming to believe that she is that dumb. But beldam, what’s her angle?

I held my wife a little bit closer as my heart ached. Her, they could possibly get away with harming if I’m not there to protect her. She has no real fighting skills, some but none that would stand up to anything a hag could unleash. And she’s pregnant, vulnerable.

The thought only served to piss me off more than I already was. No wonder my dragon was hanging around, he was in protection mode. Yes, but it’s dangerous for him to be this close when I’m fucking her, something someone else obviously knows and had manipulated for their own gain.

Someone is going to die a very horrible- painful death for this, for bringing me close to harming her. I hope for Sabrina’s sake that I’m wrong. That she hasn’t been dumb enough to cross the line, but somehow I knew this wasn’t the work of anyone else.

Deep down inside, even before my son showed me what had gone on between the two of them I knew something like this might happen. So much for my hoping that she’d get the message, that once my imprinting had been consummated that she’d move on since there was no hope for her and I ever being together.

Natalia mumbled some incoherent thought in her sleep and I held her closer, kissed her ear and put everything out of my mind for now. Tomorrow I will see about upping her guard detail and I’ll have a little talk with Bellaque about being distracted while he’s on duty.

Natalia

Why is he being so strange? He’s been on my ass for the past two days, not leaving when he’s been summoned and even putting off the meeting between his parents and I. He started off using me as his excuse in the beginning but once when his mom got too pushy and sent her head servant here to all but command an appearance I got to see the heir in action.

Now I know he’s a big momma’s boy, so the way he shut her down that day gave me lots to think about. He doesn’t know I overheard though, so I can’t even bring it up. I get the feeling though that there was more going on than him giving me time to get settled like he keeps saying.

I don’t think I’ve seen anyone except him and Millicent in the last two days since he’s been keeping everyone else away and the lion is never too far from my side even when he’s here. He literally shadows my every step like he’s been ordered to or there will be consequences. They’re both making me daft.

The morning sickness I thought I was coming down with hadn’t made another appearance and in fact I’ve been feeling better than I have in forever. It’s this place. A place I had once thought forbidden, a place rife with darkness and all manner of evil, as I’d been led to believe, was anything but, at least from what I’ve seen so far.

There’s an air of calmness here that I’ve never felt anywhere else, not even in my ancestral home which is known to be as close to paradise as one can get. And everything is so much ‘more’, here.

It’s brighter, bigger, better, no matter what it is, and the food… I love teasing Lucien about the fact that I thought they only lived off the blood of humans. That one always gets him going, but far from it, they enjoy the same things we do only in wider abundance and always cooked to perfection.

So yes, everything is going splendidly better than I expected. I have no want for anything, even my clothes had already been made and waiting and I’m sure it was Lucien’s doing because though they were the robes of his people, there was a distinct difference in style; like he was trying to please the fairy and nymph in me.
