Dirty Truths (Boys of Bellerose #2)(52)
Author: Jaymin Eve

“Jace,” I breathed, my pussy throbbing hard as he fucked me slow and steady from behind.

“Shut up,” he muttered back, his arm banding around my body to pull us closer together. “Just… shut up. I need to get you out of my head, Rose, and how do I do that while you’re flicking your clit in your sleep right beside me? Huh?”

Oh shit. Was I?

“What were you dreaming about, Billie?” Jace pumped harder, our skin slapping together. “You came in your sleep, did you know? Fuck, it was hot.”

Ah, that explained how achy and wet I already was. Oops, my bad.

“Sorry,” I panted, already feeling another orgasm curling through my belly.

“I said, shut up,” he whispered back. This time, his hand covered my mouth to physically keep me quiet while we fucked. Or while he fucked me and I just went along for the ride. And holy shit, what a ride it was.

I bit down on his fingers when I came, my toes curling into the sheets and my stomach muscles tensing up as I swallowed back the need to scream.

“Quiet,” he growled in my ear as I gasped and writhed, his hand still clamped across my mouth. “Rhett’s making us coffee, and he doesn’t need to know.”

Guilt and shame washed through me, but it was quickly smothered by arousal as Jace’s other hand found my clit. Rhett wouldn’t actually mind… I didn’t think. Or was he only okay with it when he was joining in? Shit, that probably needed to be discussed for clarity, but right now—

“Come for me again, Rose,” Jace ordered in a low, quiet voice, his fingers pinching my clit harder than strictly necessary. “The way your tight cunt milks my dick while you come is beyond addictive.”

I was tempted to tell him to go to hell, that I wasn’t his puppet or sex slave. But it felt so good I was helpless to deny that request. Hell, I’d have come again whether he wanted it or not.

He fucked me harder, his shaft probably getting fabric burn from my panties, and then my climax locked my muscles up once more, my inner walls gripping him like a vice and dragging him into his own release. Hot cum filled my cunt as his abs flexed against my back, whispered curses falling from his lips in lieu of a louder reaction.

Then the second he was done, he released me, pulling out and climbing out of the bed in one smooth motion. I’d barely pulled my panties back into place, and he was already gone, storming out of the trailer before even bothering to pull his shirt on.

What the fuck?

My breathing was still jagged and quick, my cheeks undoubtedly flushed, and I sat up in confusion. Swallowing and trying to get control of my racing heartbeat, I raked my fingers through tangled hair. Ouch.

“Good morning, beautiful Thorn,” Rhett called out, poking his head back through the door. “I just grabbed fresh water from that stream I found yesterday. Coffee will be ready in no time!”

My responding smile was wobbly. “You’re the best.”

He really was. And he had no idea that Jace and I had just hate fucked while he was doing something sweet. Damn Jace Adams right to hell for making this my responsibility. I had to talk to Rhett.

After coffee, though.

BILLIE

The rich smell of coffee reached my nose before I stepped outside. I’d cleaned up as best I could in the tiny bathroom, beyond grateful to the owner for leaving it stocked with toilet paper. Even so, I could feel Jace all over my skin as I joined Rhett beside the tiny campfire he’d lit to heat the water for coffee.

“Figured this was a necessity,” Rhett said with a smile, handing me a tin mug of steaming coffee. “You know how Jace is in the morning, I’m sure. Coffee makes him a fraction more tolerable.”

I couldn’t even muster up a weak smile in response to that, so I covered my guilt by taking a sip. Then I winced.

“Ah yeah, sorry, no cream or sugar.” Rhett grimaced. “But... caffeine is still a bonus.”

“It’s great,” I croaked, taking another sip. This one went down easier, now that I was prepared for the bitterness. “Um, so, I wanted to ask you something…”

Better now than never, right? Rip that Band-Aid off. He had said he was “okay with it,” so… maybe I was panicking for no reason?

“If it’s about you and Jace fucking through your problems, I’m going to politely request no details,” he told me with a crooked grin. “Unless it's an invitation to join in, in which case consider me there with bells on. But what you two do in private? It’s private. Just as I’d like to think our private moments are.”

My mouth flapped like a fish out of water for a moment as I tried to switch gears. Then I quickly nodded in response to his statement. “Absolutely. And for what it’s worth, Jace and I… we’re just…” I trailed off, having no fucking clue how I explained that mess. So I shrugged and wrinkled my nose. “We’re just seeking closure.”

Rhett looked unconvinced, sipping his coffee. “Uh-huh. Well, we’re cool. He’s my best friend, and you’re the girl who stole his heart long before we ever met. Whatever you need to do to stop bickering constantly, do it.”

I swallowed hard, my cheeks heating with embarrassment. “So, I guess you know we just—”

“The walls are really thin, Thorny Rose. Paper thin.” He held my gaze, his expression amused and warm.

Taking a gulp of coffee to cover my awkwardness, I tucked my knees up to my chest. The seats we’d found in the trailer weren’t amazingly comfy, but they were better than sitting on the ground.

“Cool,” I murmured, at a loss for what else to say. This was all new territory for me… kind of. Jace and I had already been dating when Angelo became involved in our relationship. Angelo and I were never together one-on-one, not until after I’d destroyed things with Jace. Even then, it hadn’t been the same. We tried, but we both missed him too much—regardless of what Jace thought had happened.

“So, speaking of the paper-thin walls, I heard you playing my song last night.” I raised my brows at him as he grinned.

“I like it,” he said by way of explanation.

I shrugged. “Tough, I told Jace he can’t have it.”

Rhett laughed, shaking his head. “You don’t mean that. If he apologizes for being a turd, can we have it? You must have heard the lyrics Jace put to the tune last night. It’s a fucking number one hit just begging to happen, and you know it.”

He wasn’t wrong. But I couldn’t make things that easy. “He has to apologize, admit that he’s a stubborn, prideful fuck, and kiss my ass. But we both know that’s not happening.”

“You’d be right about that,” the sour-faced dick himself agreed, striding back into our little camp looking fresh with damp hair all sticking up in spikes. He’d opted for the freezing river bath. “The song isn’t that good. Rhett and I can write better shit while he’s tripping on acid.”

Rhett just shook his head and held out the spare mug of prepared coffee. “Sit down, shut up, and drink this.”

For several minutes—painfully awkward ones—no one spoke. I buried my face in my mug and tried to take small sips to make it last. Then my stomach rumbled louder than a stomach had any right to rumble, and both guys stared at me.
