“If I understand where this is heading correctly, we’ll no longer house permanent subs. So, is the intention to open Castle Sin to sub memberships as well?” Ace tapped his fingers on the desk. “It’s been the one advantage we had over other exclusive clubs.”
“Not necessarily but it’s open for discussion,” Stone said and finished his latte. “I still believe the fact that we have the best trained submissives available to our members is part of the attraction to Castle Sin. What I’m proposing is to offer current employees and trainees a permanent sub placement on a rotating basis, so that there are constantly different subs present on alternate days. With the same contractual time limitation of six months to a year.”
“That sounds feasible. Are we going to continue training three groups of trainees per year?” Zeke slouched lower in his chair but his eyes were sharp and attentive.
“That’s also up for discussion. We will be on the island five days a week because it’s where BSE is. I’m willing to continue with the final evaluation of trainees but with the increase in client base, I don’t believe any of us will be able to attend training classes on a daily basis for three months a year in the future.” Stone looked around the table. “Any suggestions?”
“Our training assistants are all highly qualified and capable of continuing with the training—under our guidance where necessary,” Kane said. “I’d suggest we appoint a Training Master to be in charge of the entire training academy if we’re going to be less involved.”
“Exactly what I had in mind.” Stone smiled broadly.
“At a guess, I assume you already have someone in mind?” Parker stated.
“Indeed, I do, and I’m sure you’ll all agree with my choice.” He smiled indulgently. “Evans has been with us since we opened the club and the academy. He’s liked by all the subs and trainees. He’s caring but strict and most of all, he has superb management skills.”
“Seconded,” Parker and Hawk said simultaneously with the rest echoing their agreement.
Stone straightened and turned serious. “There’s something else we should’ve done a long time ago already. Danton has been our friend since we were very young. He’s appointed himself as our protector and he saved many of us numerous times. He’s been the backbone of BSE and a powerful Dom in his own right. I want to offer him shares in the company as well as in Castle Sin. His function at the company is too important to expect him to manage the training academy, but I do want to give him his own training dungeon with training Doms to run it. Ultimately, I’d like him to take over the full management of Castle Sin Training Academy.”
“That’s a brilliant proposal, big brother, and one I support fully.” Parker looked around the table and smiled as he noticed how emotional Ace, Kane, and Shane were. Danton was closest to the three of them.
“I can’t begin to express how this makes me feel, Stone. All I can say is thank you, to all of you, from the bottom of my heart. Danton isn’t like the father I never had … to me, he is my father.” Ace didn’t bother to hide the tears forming in his eyes.
“Shane and I have discussed it a couple of times but with everything that’s happened, it was pushed to the wayside. I can’t tell you how happy this makes us.” Kane’s voice roughened with emotion.
“As I said, it’s well overdue.” Stone looked at Hawk. “Will you please prepare all the necessary paperwork and shares documentation?”
“I’ll draw it up today.” Hawk made a couple of notes on his iPad.
“Kane and I will discuss a remuneration package and job functions for Evans. Once we discuss the promotion with Evans, I’d also like Danton, Kane, and Hawk to involve him in reviewing the remuneration structures of the subs and how the rotation schedule is going to be the most effective. The training Doms will have additional responsibility and need to be rewarded accordingly.” Stone rested his elbows on the table. “I propose that we’re all involved in the discussion with the current group of permanent subs and trainees. Most of the employed subs are in the final two months of their contracts. We haven’t extended any of them but some might be interested in remaining as employees on a rotational basis. The same applies to the current trainees.”
“Agreed.” Everyone said in unison.
“How about we make it a special occasion to announce Danton becoming a co-owner of Castle Sin and BSE?” Parker glanced around. “A theme party or a sub hunt.” He looked at Ace. “That’s his favorite isn’t it?”
“Yep, especially if he gets to be in charge of the oiling of the subs.” Ace chuckled.
“Perfect idea.” Stone pressed the intercom on the communication unit in the center of the table. “Alexa, please join us for a moment.”
“Be right there,” the honeyed voice of Stone’s PA lilted back at them. She was true to her word and walked through the door within moments. She glanced at her watch and regarded the men with a frown. “Don’t tell me you’re hungry. It’s not even been an hour since breakfast.”
“Zip your sass, snip,” Shane growled. He leaned back in the chair, his eyes roaming leisurely up and down her full, curvy form. “Or are you aiming for another corrective measure with me in the dungeon?”
Alexa’s cheeks flushed bright red at the reminder of how he’d whipped her ass not too long ago. Worse, how she’d climaxed even though he’d been punishing her. A wolfish grin formed on Shane’s lips at her reaction. He’d been enjoying the cat and mouse game he’d been playing with her for months. Soon, it would be time to reel her in … for good.
“Take a seat, Alexa,” Stone interjected with a good-natured smile. “We need you to plan a special occasion for us.”
Alexa immediately tapped on her iPad and sat down, waiting expectantly. “Shoot.”
“Next Saturday. Let’s make it a full day-night event. Commencing at ten in the morning until seven am on Sunday, ending with breakfast after which the attending members will be returned to the mainland.”
“Sounds like fun. What’s the occasion?”
“That will be divulged on Saturday evening at the formal masked ball in The Royal Dungeon.”
“Do you have a specific theme in mind for the event?” Alexa stared at him, exasperated at his blank look. “I need something to work with, Stone.”
“Let’s call it the … hmm … The Pirate’s Ball,” Parker said. “It’ll fit perfectly with the sub hunt as the day-time event and the announcement … the ultimate bounty.”
“I like it,” Ace affirmed.
“Me too. It has the kind of feel to it that’ll suit the man to a T.” Kane smirked at Shane.
“There you have it, Alexa. Make sure to stipulate the sub hunt and that each Dom participating is responsible for a bounty price for the sub he catches … apart from the reward she’ll receive from Castle Sin if she manages to escape capture until the bell rings.”
“Any limitation on the number of invitees?”
“No. It's the end of the month and our busiest day, so I assume the majority of members might already have confirmed their intention to visit?”
