Adore You (Love on the Clock)(24)
Author: Nichole Rose

As soon as we're inside with the door locked behind us, he scoops me up into his arms, kissing me breathless. His kiss is wild and unrestrained, absolutely perfect.

"God, I love you," he breathes, smiling my favorite smile.

"I love you too," I whisper against his lips, yanking at the button of his pants.

He doesn't steal my panties back…but he does steal another little piece of my heart. I don't mind though. He already holds the rest of it in the palm of his hand, which is precisely where it belongs. It's where it will always belong.

Epilogue

Jason

Four years later

"Jason," Miranda whines, grinding her hot little body against me. Her head is thrown back, her eyes at half-mast and her lips parted. She looks like an angel, twin spots of color staining her cheeks as she rides me, bouncing on my dick like she can't stop herself.

Fuck, I'm not sure she can. She's always a horny little thing, but when she's pregnant, she's insatiable. She craves my cock and how good I make her feel. I'm not complaining. Getting this goddess off is one of the best parts of my life.

"Easy, pretty baby," I murmur, wrapping my hands around her waist to slow her down when she picks up speed, riding me so hard her belly bounces along with her juicy tits. I lean up to tongue her nipple, grinding her against the base of my cock at the same time.

"Jason!" She comes instantly, her pussy locking down on my dick so hard it hurts.

I growl her name, cursing as her tight cunt milks the come from my cock. It's been five years, but she's still as tight as ever. I still don't know how she takes me like she does. But she does…so fucking good. God, being inside her is everything.

She chants my name, scratching down my chest as her pussy soaks me. I hold her down against me, rocking my hips to work out every last tremble from her. Maybe that'll wear her little ass out for a while and help her sleep for once.

"I love you," she moans, slumping forward. Her head comes to rest against my chest.

I wrap my arms around her, holding her to me as we both come down. Once I can see straight, I roll us to the side, not wanting her putting any weight on her belly. My little girl is in there, growing big and strong. It feels like it'll be forever until she gets here even though we've only got three months to go.

"I love you too, pretty baby," I whisper, pushing her sweaty hair away from her face to kiss her. She tilts her face up to me, greedy for kisses. I give them to her willingly, planting them across her beautiful face.

"I'm sleepy," she mumbles, burrowing into me with a happy sigh.

"Sleep, cowgirl." I pull the blankets up over us, cuddling her close. When her breathing evens out with another little sigh, I exhale a relieved breath. She hasn't been sleeping much lately. It's stressing me out a little, to be honest. She says she feels fine, but I don't think she would complain even if she didn't. She's the most incredible mother. Our boys idolize her.

I just want to pamper and spoil her, especially when she's pregnant, but she does not make it easy. Nothing ever stops her for long. Even if she tosses and turns all night, she's still up with the sun every morning, getting the boys ready for the day in between getting herself ready.

Her mom has been keeping the boys while we're at work, but now that her dad has retired, they have plans to start traveling. Which means Miranda has been anxious as hell recently, wrestling with the decision to quit her job. We both know she doesn't want to do it. She's an incredible financial analyst, one of the best around. But she doesn't want to send the boys to daycare. Neither do I. I want our boys with people we know and trust.

Which is why Grant, Knox, and I have been working our asses off lately to keep her, Lauren, and Lily preoccupied while we handled the situation. I told her when I married her that I wanted to make all her dreams come true. She doesn't want to give up her job or send her babies off with strangers, so she won't be.

The girls think all the renovations at work have been to expand the first floor and add more common spaces like conference rooms. It's not. Grant bought the building next door and turned it into exactly what the girls need. Come tomorrow, Davis Financial Group will now have an attached daycare for children of employees, complete with some of the best teachers in the state, state of the art security equipment so the girls can watch the kids while they work, and an indoor/outdoor playground.

Miranda and I will be able to keep the boys close. Once she has the baby, there will be a place for her too. Miranda won't have to stress and worry anymore, which makes me happy as hell. I hate seeing her so worked up.

I hold her until I'm sure she's down for the night, and then I crawl out of bed to clean her up. She barely even stirs as I wipe between her legs, cleaning my cum from her body. I wash up quickly and then slip into a pair of pajama pants to go lock up the house.

I peek in to check on the boys, who are all three passed out. Our youngest, Maddox, is passed out against the side of his crib. I sneak in to move him over, smiling when he huffs in his sleep like I'm bugging him. He does not go down easy, but once he's down, he's out for the count.

"Sorry, bud," I murmur, running my hand over the top of his head. He's only one, but he has more hair than any baby I've ever met. It's always completely wild too.

Once he's back in the middle of his crib, I cross the hall to check on Tate, our two-year-old, and Mateo, our three-year-old. Like Maddox, Tate is out cold, with Gomer at the foot of his bed. Gomer is getting old, but he guards my wife and kids like it's his job. No one gets close to them unless he approves.

He cracks one eye open to look at me and then huffs like I'm annoying him. I'm pretty sure he's the one who taught Maddox that shit.

"Bum," I chuckle, scratching his ears before I tuck Tate in again and turn to Mateo.

He's watching me, his expression solemn. Out of the three, he's the most like me. He's mischievous when he wants to be, but he watches over his brothers and his mama, making sure they're all taken care of. He can be bossy, but it always comes from a place of love with him. He looks just like his mama. He's got her chocolate eyes, prominent brows, and dark hair. His brothers look more like me, but not Mateo. He's Miranda made over.

"Hey, buddy," I whisper. "You're supposed to be sleeping."

"Tomorrow, daddy?"

"Yeah," I whisper, tucking him in. "Tomorrow, little man."

"Kay," he whispers, his eyes drifting closed. "Lub you."

"Love you too." I watch him for a moment, smiling. Having watched my mom and dad before he died, I always thought I had a good idea of what a happy life looked like. I told myself that, if I ever settled down, it'd be with a woman who made me as happy as my mom always made my dad. What I have with Miranda eclipses even that. She's the reason my heart beats, and our kids are the reason I breathe. There isn't a fucking thing on this earth I wouldn't do for them.

I love them beyond reason. And I know I'm going to feel the same way about our little girl when she gets here. My life is complete because of my wife. She trusted me with her heart…and gave me the world in return.
