Breaking the Rules (The Triskelion Series, #1)(19)
Author: Jodi Payne

He crawled forward on the bed, staying on hands and knees. “This work for you?”

“That’s beautiful. You?” Slick fingers put pressure on his hole and Saul moved up behind him.

“Lord yes.” He spread his knees and bore back.

“Nice.” One finger slipped inside, and Saul quickly added a second, rotating them and putting pressure against the muscle.

Nice seemed like a bit of an understatement, especially when he started moving with Saul.

Saul moaned behind him as he rode those fingers. “Fuck, Troy. You’re something else. Tell me I can… want you.” The words sounded soft and dark.

“Fuck me. I want to know. Please.” That was clear enough, wasn’t it?

“Jesus.” The fingers disappeared, quickly replaced by Saul’s cock and the guy didn’t hesitate a second. The fat head pushed inside, and the rest of Saul’s length followed, sinking slowly, persistently, until Saul was balls deep, his ass against hard thighs.

Troy arched and threw his head back, a happy moan tearing out of him. Fuck. Fuck, that was good.

Fingers gripped his hips as Saul groaned and started to move, the strokes long and slow at first, then gradually growing intense. “Oh man, you feel so good.”

He met every thrust, his entire body full, a coil of need tightening in his belly.

Saul grunted and hauled on his hips, plunging even deeper, driving so hard it was difficult to keep his arms under him.

“Yes.” He didn’t want Saul to think he was a shrinking violet. He wanted to feel everything.

“Fuck, yeah.” Saul changed the angle every so often, obviously searching for just the right spot, but the pace didn’t let up.

When Saul found it, Troy surged forward, climbing the bedpost to keep Saul right there.

“Oh, yeah.” Saul’s forehead landed on his back, hips working hard, hammering him over and over. “Gonna short you right out.”

“Yes.” He stared at the wall, lights flashing behind his eyes. His prick ached for a touch, and he let that anticipation drive his need higher.

Saul’s rhythm faltered for a second, punctuated by a deep grunt and then a hand found him, Saul’s fist closing tight around his shaft. “I got you.” When those thrusts picked up again, they were stronger but different, first rolling deep and slow, then a few shallow and quick.

The mix-up in the rhythm, added with the reach-around made him arch impossibly with the burn and buzz. He cried out, so fucking close.

“Jesus. So gorgeous. Fuck, I’m… Troy!” Saul shook, shouting his name, and he could feel the way Saul tensed, every muscle straining through the powerful climax. “Fuck, fuck!”

His breath caught in his chest and his balls throbbed as he shot, pouring himself out into Saul’s hand. The whole fucking world spun. Saul moaned through tremors that rocked them both, sucking in air, panting hot breath across his shoulders.

He filled his lungs, then let it out in a long, slow breath. His entire body tingled, and he felt so fucking alive.

“Damn.” Saul leaned over his back and rocked into him one more time, then pulled out with a chuckle and headed for the bathroom. “You’re incredible.”

Troy sat back a bit and tried to remember how to loosen his fingers from the bedpost.

“Hey.” Saul returned with a cloth in one hand and helped, playfully maneuvering him onto his back “You okay, old man?”

“I’m fine as frog hair.” And getting older every second. He laughed, forcing his post-orgasm mood swing up.

“You sure are.” Saul spent a couple of minutes running the damp cloth over him, the gesture warm and caring. “Okay.” Saul tossed the cloth on the floor and stretched out beside him with a happy groan. “Jesus. Gingers.”

“We’re something else, aren’t we?”

Saul laughed. “Humble too.”

“Totally.” He went for arrogant, but the laughter just burst out of him.

Saul rolled over and straddled Troy’s thighs, still giggling and grinning. His blond hair was damp, dark with sweat, plastered to his wide forehead in places, and his cheeks were flushed pink. “I’m going to want more of you.”

“That works for me.” He stroked Saul’s hair back. “You gave me one hell of a ride.”

“I wanted you. Next time I’ll try for a little more… finesse. Or I’ll tie you up. You never know with me.” Saul bent down and kissed him. He hummed softly and reached up, digging his fingers in to ease those strong muscles. “Mmm. I like that,” Saul said against his lips. Saul tugged gently on his bottom lip with cautious teeth. “You like it hard, huh?”

“I do. I’m not real fragile.” In fact, he was a stud.

Saul lifted up and looked at him, eyes searching. “We’re all fragile.”

“You think so?” He made sure to keep the question gentle, not sarcastic at all, but he’d explored what being broken had to teach him. Of course, he’d had a lot more time to be cracked down the center. Rumor was a broken soul got stronger where it healed.

“Well, yeah. Strength and fortitude aren’t the same thing, right? Neither is weakness and vulnerability. It’s like apples and oranges, you know? All of us need to be handled with care.”

“I can see that.” Troy wasn’t a fan of abuse by any means, but no one was interested in hurting him. Hell, he was way more likely to be completely ignored.

Saul chuckled. “But you’re a stud, huh? No fragility in you at all.” He got another kiss.

He didn’t bother to answer the comment, because he didn’t have one. He wasn’t sure what Saul meant—he wasn’t a mean man, he didn’t tolerate meanness in others, and people were rarely mean to him. So he focused on rubbing Saul’s shoulders.

Saul sat up again, resting a hand on his chest. “Are you looking for a Dom, Troy? I mean… is that something you want?” The question seemed genuine, honest.

He answered with equal honesty. “I’d stopped looking. I’m long in the tooth, for the most part and I know that. I prayed for someone to work with for a while, then I stopped and just worked on being satisfied with what I had.”

“And now?” Saul smiled. “Are you still satisfied with what you had?”

“I said ‘worked on’. I was with Arnie for seven years and I’ve watched the group for another twenty. I miss having that part of my life.”

“I would too. I’m not sure how I’d function without it.” Saul reached down and smoothed a thumb over his forehead. “What do you want? What do you miss most?”

Not having to pay for what I need. “I miss being a part of something where both people get what they crave.”

“Sounds pretty simple. You’re not telling me what you crave though.” Saul’s fingers traveled over his skin, drawing circles and lines, tracing scars. “Do you know?”

“I know that I need to find my headspace. I know that I go to Geoff once every six weeks or so to get it right now.”

“Finding your headspace, feeling grounded is important to you. What do you do once you’ve found it? You’re seeing Geoff on Tuesday, right? What happens after he gets you where you need to be?” He understood that Saul wasn’t asking questions randomly. They definitely had a purpose.
