Thunder Moon Ascending (Lupine Hollow Academy #3)(41)
Author: Quinn Arthurs

“Not really an issue,” I gasped out, moaning as his fingers slipped inside me. Zev wrapped his hand around mine, guiding me up and down on his cock, squeezing harder than I would have on my own, but from the way he threw back his head in pleasure, he was clearly enjoying it.

“Yeah, Poppy,” he groaned as my touch grew bolder. Chann’s fingers slipped from my channel, and I felt the broad head of his cock replace them. I tensed for a moment, nerves churning inside me.

“Breathe,” Chann told me softly, stroking my back as he pushed in. It burned slightly, but there was no pain this time, only pleasure as he stroked into me. He was deeper this way, filling and stretching me, and I groaned, dropping my head for a moment as I soaked in the sensation of being taken from behind. His hands clenched on my hips as he hissed, sliding slowly in and out. “You ready to try and take him?” he inquired, leaning over me as he pushed in to whisper in my ear. “Open your mouth, Tinkerbell. Lick the head. Taste him.”

Zev growled but didn’t rush me, letting me control it as I grasped him and licked lightly with the tip of my tongue, taking in the salty flavor. He shuddered when I did it again, swirling my tongue around the underside and down.

“That’s it, suck him,” Chann growled, not moving, just letting me play as I tasted Zev. I opened my mouth wide, sucking Zev in deep, making him jerk and swear before I slid him back out again. I looked up at him when he hissed between his teeth, wearing a smile on my lips, and did it again. I loved that I could make him moan with a flick of my tongue. “Ready for us both?” Chann asked softly, and I moaned my approval as Chann reached around to flick my clit. “Hold on to him, Tinkerbell,” he instructed, rubbing in tight circles as he pulled out and pushed back into me. Every thrust pushed me down onto Zev, my hold on him controlling the depth as I sucked and licked. Zev filled his hands with my breasts, flicking and pinching my nipples as Chann rolled his hips with every stroke, pressing into me as Zev filled my mouth.

“Is this what you imagined?” Zev rasped, his voice husky as he watched his cock disappear into my mouth again and again. “Your men taking you like this? Filling you up?” I groaned around him in answer. I was close and I needed to come. Chann thrust into me harder, his fingers working faster on my clit, and I felt Zev’s legs tighten. “Do you want me in your mouth?” he asked. I simply sucked him harder as he swore, the taste of his release salty on my tongue as I swallowed him down. He knelt, his lips crashing into mine, and his fingers joined Chann’s on my clit as Chann took me hard and fast. I came with a cry, shocks of pleasure radiating through me as my muscles clenched and released, and I melted like wax into Zev’s waiting arms. The two spooned me, stroking and soothing as the aftershocks ran through me. I sighed, my eyes heavy.

“That was not what I expected,” I commented with a little laugh. “I thought Ian was the kinky one.”

“Oh, he is.” Chann chuckled, nuzzling my neck. “But he doesn’t get all the credit for it. It’s always the dark horse you have to look out for.” His fingers slid down my ribs, reigniting sparks in their wake, and my eyes shot open in shock.

“But we just—”

“I do believe we said all night, didn’t we, Chann?” Zev teased, his mouth going to my neck.

“And something about making her scream as well.”

I groaned, the smile on my face giving me away as I drifted into the next game my lovers had planned for me. Whatever was a girl to do?

Chapter Twenty-Two

Pixie

Nerves danced the tango in my stomach as I smoothed my hands across my skirt while I paced around the study. Tomorrow we would head to Ocean Mist, Alarick would duel Gwyar, and things would start to change. I breathed in deeply then exhaled, trying to fight the dizziness that wanted to swallow me.

“Pixie?” Shannon’s tone was worried, and I glanced over to where she sat on one of the couches, her pale green eyes soft behind her glasses as she watched me. I smiled, but I knew it wasn’t convincing, continuing to pace around the large room. With Alarick taking over as alpha, we could have used Raff’s old office or had our choice of any of the rooms in the building, but the study had too much sentiment attached to it for us to want to leave it behind.

“You want some cereal?” Chann asked from his spot near the fireplace when I nearly tripped over my own feet as I turned to pace the length of the room again.

I just shook my head.

“Uh-oh,” Zev muttered, leaning back to hang upside down off the couch. “That’s a new one.”

“More like a scary one,” Chann retorted. “Seriously, I think I actually have goosebumps.”

I growled, but mostly ignored them, too focused on my own nerves.

“Pixie, it’s alright,” Shannon soothed. “Alarick and Fillian will be here soon. We’re just going to be talking to the pack. You’ve done that kind of thing before.”

“We’ll have a lot of work to do with Starlight Woods merging in, but we can handle it.” My belly cramped again at Zev’s comment, and I breathed through it as the door pushed open for Ian and Alarick to join us.

“Thank goodness! Maybe one of you can fix her,” Chann begged, throwing himself dramatically to the floor. “She refused cereal, guys.”

“And she’s making me dizzy,” Zev piped up.

I snarled at the pair. “You’re dizzy cause you’re upside down, and I don’t always have to want cereal!” Ian and Alarick both froze, their eyes wide.

“I think she’s nervous about talking to the pack,” Shannon guessed, her lips pursed as she studied me. “She was pacing when we arrived.”

“It’s not about the pack.” I paused for a moment before starting up again with a wave. “Okay, it is, but it isn’t.”

“Is it Raff?” Ian questioned, carefully settling himself on the edge of a chair, leaning forward to rest his elbows on his knees. “I know you’re upset that we haven’t been able to fully heal him, but he at least has partial vision now.”

“Yeah, and you know Alarick’s going to kick Gwyar’s weaselly ass tomorrow,” Zev added with a chuckle. “No need to try and drive a hole into the floor to redo the design, we can just pull it up if you want to redecorate.”

“Penny.” Alarick’s voice was cool and firm. His hands gripped my shoulders, halting me in my tracks. “What’s wrong?”

“Something’s not right,” I whispered, my eyes searching his. My wolf howled her agreement. “I thought it was nerves at first, about really having to be the beta now, about having to stop being a student and actually help lead. Then I thought it was guilt about everything that’s happened, even some guilt about being nervous that you’d be hurt tomorrow.” I ducked my head for a moment before meeting his eyes again, knowing he’d understand what I meant. My wolf trusted him and his strength, knew he was stronger than Gwyar and he needed our support—expecting him to lose would hurt him.

“But the feeling isn’t going away?” he guessed, watching me.

“It’s getting worse. My wolf was going crazy last night,” I admitted. “She wants to hunt them down, she doesn’t care about the challenge, doesn’t care about the law. She wants all of the pups, Raff, Zelda, Borris, and all of you hidden away while she goes and hunts them down.”
