The Fake Out(27)
Author: Danica Flynn

I licked my lips and crooked my finger at him. “C’mere, big guy.”

I reached for the hem of the jersey, but his hand reached out to stop me. “No. I said I want to fuck you in it.”

He got to work unbuttoning my jeans and peeling my thong off. This must have been a weird hockey player kink because I thought he’d want to see my tits at least. I lifted the jersey up and spread my legs so he could see how wet I was for him already.

“Want you now,” I begged.

I moaned when his finger grazed across my clit. “Want to make sure you’re ready, sweets.”

“I am. Get a condom on and fuck me.”

He grinned and reached into the bedside table, sliding a condom on and slicking it with lube. I yelped in surprise when he turned me over. Then I moaned when he slid into me from behind, thrusting suddenly and without warning. God, this man knew just what I wanted.

“God, you’re so sexy,” he growled into my neck.

“Blaise…” I moaned. I pressed back into him, wanting to feel all of him as he slammed into me over and over again.

“What, sweets?” he groaned and continued his motions, which made my eyes roll into the back of my head.

“I’m gonna come,” I moaned. “You make me come so fast.”

“You love it.” He punctuated each word with a hard thrust, hitting me deep where I needed it.

I gripped the headboard, so I didn’t fall to the bed face-first, although I think he would have liked that view. “I do.”

“You want it rough?”

“Always, please, break me apart.”

He rode me harder and played with my clit, making me lose myself in the sensation of him.

Like the gentleman he was, he waited for me to spiral out of control. Then he hammered into me as hard as he could and roared out his release. He sounded like a wild animal when he came, and I loved it.

He kissed my shoulder and pulled out while I fell face-first onto the mattress. I was a melted pool of satisfaction, my body like jelly from the orgasm he gave me. He tossed the condom in his trash can and climbed back into bed with me. I crawled into his arms, and he enveloped me with his big body while my hair splayed across his naked chest. He played with my hair while I traced the tattoo on his chest.

“Let me fix this for you,” I said.

“You will. I’m just…I don’t know.”

I traced across his pale white skin. Man, I thought Dinah was ghostly, but this big blonde man beat her at that. “I could do a grouping starting here and blend it into your phoenix. Then it could bleed into your sleeve.”

“Wait, you like the hibiscus idea, don’t you?”

I pointed to the same flower inked across my skin. “Yeah. I could do a red one.”

“Why?”

“Some people say it symbolizes love.”

He kissed the top of my head. “I wonder if my mom would appreciate me getting inked in memory of her.”

“She’d probably like it better than having the name of the girl who broke your heart on your chest.”

I laid my head back on his chest and nearly purred when he continued to stroke my hair. I barely remembered what he said when I drifted off to sleep. All I knew was that laying in bed with this giant of a man made me feel safe. I was glad sleep took me before I could think too hard about what that meant.

Chapter Seventeen

BLAISE

Waking up with a woman in your arms who was only pretending to be your girlfriend was confusing. I only had a couple more weeks left with this hellcat, and I wanted to savor it all. Especially when she lay naked in my bed with her head on my chest. It was a sight to wake up to, but I had to keep telling my heart not to get any ideas.

I ran my hand through her black and red curls. The red was fading to orange, but it still looked amazing on her. I loved her hair. I loved that she had colorful tattoos, and she wanted to fix mine for me.

I smiled when I felt Veronica shift around. Her fingers danced across my chest. “Let me fix it, please?” she begged.

God, when this woman begged, it made me come undone. It was going to be a bummer when our expiration date came. I loved how much we got tangled up in the sheets together, and fucking her in my jersey last night had been hot. Like she was mine, and mine alone. Even if I knew that was the farthest thing from the truth.

She lifted her head, and she had a sleepy look on her face, but in the quiet early morning, she had never looked more beautiful. I couldn’t think stuff like that about her. She didn’t do relationships, and whatever we had was pure lust. Besides, I wasn’t sure I was ready to open my heart to someone else again. Not after Astrid broke it into a million pieces.

“Please, Blaise?” she asked again, her voice cutting through my broody thoughts.

I kissed the top of her head. “Okay, sweets.”

“Really?” she asked, a smile spreading across her face. When she smiled at me like that, my heart screamed at me to let her in.

I tipped her chin up and kissed her.

I stroked her cheek when I pulled away, brushing her hair out of her face, but before she could respond, my bedroom door slammed open, hitting the wall with a loud bang. My little brother Michael stood in the doorway, startling both of us. I pulled the comforter over Veronica and held her against my chest so he didn’t see her naked body.

“Yo, dude…” Michael began, but then he trailed off, and his eyes got wide when he saw I wasn’t alone.

“Dude, learn to knock!” I yelled.

“I’m sorry!” he yelled back and then slammed the door shut behind him.

Veronica shook against my chest, and when I looked down at her, I realized she was laughing her ass off. “There’s really no privacy in your family, is there?”

I shook my head. “Nope. I don’t know why he’s not at school.”

She slid out of bed, and my cock stood at attention almost immediately. Well, not that it had far to go. I was getting hard as soon as I woke up to her naked form pressed up against mine.

“Hey, you left your underwear here last time,” I blurted out.

She smirked at me. “Sorry, they were too cum-stained to wear. You ruin me, Blaise Holmstrom.”

I squeezed my eyes shut. “Damn, woman. I’m already so hard it hurts.”

She laughed. “Too bad your brother walked in, otherwise…”

“C’mere!”

“No. I have to get dressed.”

She got dressed but folded up the jersey and didn’t put it on over her black t-shirt. “Why did it matter so much that I was wearing your jersey?”

“It was a nice gesture. You’re not actually my girlfriend, but you’ve supported me more than my ex ever did.”

She got quiet then, and I figured I’d said the wrong thing.

“I know we’re not—”

“We’re just having fun, Blaise. It’s fine.” She sat on the bed and tugged on her Docs. “When can you come in so I can start on that piece for you?”

“How many sessions do you think we need?”

“Two, maybe three. I want to go lighter on the first session and see how it heals.”

“It’s so sexy when you talk about your work.”
