Her Broken Pieces (Fallen Kingdom #2)(24)
Author: Rachel Leigh

My tongue flicks against her swollen clit before I suck it between my teeth. Her body jolts, so I do it again, causing her to cry out in pleasure. Her head bobs up and down, mouth wrapped around my dick as she sucks it like it’s her favorite flavor.

“God, your mouth feels so good, baby.”

I part her ass cheeks with my fingers and swirl my tongue around her asshole. I’m not sure if she likes it, but she doesn’t stop me, so I keep going.

“Cal,” she whimpers.

“Want me to stop?”

“Hell no.” She moans, lathering my cock with her saliva then sucking it off.

With my tongue still circling her hole, I slide two fingers in her pussy, feeling her walls clench around them. “So fucking tight and wet.”

She moans, telling me she likes when I talk dirty like that.

“Do you like sucking cock, Bella?” My voice comes out cracked and gravelly.

“I like sucking your cock.”

That’s what I like to hear. Only me. Only mine. “This pussy is mine, Bella. Only I make you come. Do you understand?”

She nods through sucks and blows on my dick. Her hips flex and her ass shifts upward as I curl my fingers, pressing them as far as they’ll go and tapping against her G-spot.

More moans around my dick and the vibration rides through me like a tidal wave. Hitting me head-on and sending me soaring. My tongue sweeps across my wet lips, watching her ass bounce in front of me as she fucks my fingers.

I slap a hand to her ass, squeezing as her skin separates my fingers and leaves a handprint behind, claiming her—owning her.

“Mine,” I growl, before flexing the muscle of my tongue and licking her up and down.

“Oh God,” she cries out. Squeezing my fingers and unleashing her orgasm.

At the same time, I warn her, “I’m gonna come.” Thinking she’ll pull out and let my jizz shoot all over her neck. Instead, she keeps going, taking me all the way in her mouth and opening her throat as she swallows my cum.

My cock twitches as it leaves her mouth, missing the warmth already.

Bella turns around, wiping her hand across her parted lips. She settles on my chest, blanketing my body with hers.

I stroke her hair, wondering where this sudden sexual desire came from, but I don’t overthink it. She’s here, and she’s mine. That’s enough for me.

CHAPTER SIXTEEN

I wake up to Cal standing over me, hair glistening from his recent shower and only a towel wrapped around his waist. He’s got a steaming mug of coffee in his hand. “Good morning.” He hands me the cup with a cheeky grin.

Smiling back at him, I scoot myself up and take the cup.

His lips press to my forehead and the scent of his cologne surrounds me. “Last night was amazing. I’m glad you’ve finally came to your senses.”

I scoff. “Came to my senses? You sure do have a way with words, Callum Ellis.” I take a sip of the coffee, black and hot. It burns my top lip a tad, but it’s too good not to keep sipping.

He takes a seat on the edge of the bed. Beads of water rolling down his abdominal muscles. “I assume last night means you forgive me?”

“Cal,” I say softly. “Last night was incredible but nothing has changed. I’m not mad at you. Not really. I’m just…stuck.” I’m hurt by what Cal did to me. No amount of apologies can change the fact that he took advantage of my body as a woman and tried to get me pregnant without my knowledge. However, I’d be a hypocrite to keep battling this out with him, considering we’ve been having unprotected sex. The difference is, it was my choice—or lack of restraint—and not his.

“Stuck?” He laughs, though it’s void of any humor. “Bella, I have offered you anything you could possibly want. A kingdom, protection, all the money in the world. Most of all, I’ve offered you my heart, and now you’re going to tell me you're stuck because I made one lousy mistake?”

It’s too early for this. I take another sip, collecting my composure before I totally lose my shit on him. Then I set the glass on the nightstand and toss the blankets off me. “I’m going to take a shower.”

Cal blows out an exaggerated breath but doesn’t stop me.

This isn’t how I wanted our reunion to go and now that it is going this way, it has me wondering how many days will be spent like this. Distant and bickering with a lack of trust.

As I’m lathering up my hair with the shampoo Cal had delivered for me, I think back to last night. How I snuck out of the room while Cal was sleeping and went to The Grotto. Here I am preaching about honesty and I’m pocketing secrets on night four of being back together.

Are we back together, though? I mean, he’s here and so am I. After weeks apart, this is what I wanted. It doesn’t feel like the relationship I expected. It’s more like two people in hiding who are trying not to kill each other—while also sleeping together.

“Ugh.” I breathe out a heavy sigh. How did everything get so messy?

Knuckles knock on the bathroom door, snapping me out of my thoughts. “Yeah?”

“Everything okay? It’s been almost an hour.”

Wow. An hour already. Feels like I just got in here. “Be out in a minute.”

The next thing I know, the shower curtain is parting and Cal’s standing there. He flicks the towel around his waist and it falls to the floor. “Want company?”

My eyes skate down his perfect body, stopping at his erection. “Umm sure. But didn’t you just take a shower?”

He steps in, one foot at a time. “I did, but I’m not here for myself. Turn around,” he demands, and I do.

I hear the sound of liquid squirting from a bottle. Standing under the stream of water, Cal begins rubbing his hands on my shoulders in a deep massage. My head tilts to the side, eyes closed, as I relax under his touch.

Smooth hands glide over my skin as goosebumps spill down my arms. “Cal,” I say breathlessly.

He turns me around, eyes burning into mine. Hungry, yet vulnerable. As if he senses I’ll push him away when all I want to do is pull him close.

“Baby,” he whispers. “Don’t do this to us.”

A lump lodges in my throat and I swallow it down. Tears prick the corners of my eyes, but I fight them off. “I don’t want to.” My body connects with his, my head resting against his chest as the hot water pelts my skin.

Cal pulls my head away, cupping my cheeks in his hands. “Don’t you love me anymore, Bella?”

My heart pangs with remorse. How could he even ask that? “Of course I do, Cal. I love you so much that it feels like my heart could explode at any given moment. That’s what scares me.”

His eyes dance across my lips, then back to my eyes, burning into them with so much desire that my soul catches fire. “Don’t be scared, Bella. I’ll never hurt you.”

“But you do hurt me, Cal.”

Saying the words hurts almost as much as the realization that I’m madly in love with this man.

Sadness sweeps across his eyes and the guilt of being so honest gnaws on my insides. “I know I have and I’m going to spend the rest of my life making it up to you. If you’ll let me.”
