Hollywood (Oath Keepers MC Hybrid)(32)
Author: Sapphire Knight

Breathing heavily, I pull her dress over her perfect ass and spin her around. My hands go to her cheeks, cupping them as my mouth finds hers. I kiss her like my life depends on it, showing her that she’s everything and more to me.

I pull back, resting my forehead to hers as I pant, attempting to catch my breath. “You’re mine. I don’t care about any other woman but you. I mean it with everything that I am,” I confess, and she quickly presses a kiss to my lips.

“I’m falling for you,” she admits. “I was ready to castrate you, but you’ve redeemed yourself.”

I chuckle, kissing her again as the brothers make their way to the bar, chanting, “Shots, shots, shots!” A claiming in the club is a day to celebrate—a woman has joined the fold, another brother finding his lifelong partner. Laughing, she pulls away from me, lining up the bartop with shot glasses, and begins to pour. I jerk my pants up and button them as a few guys call out, “No girly shit!”

She flips the group of them off, not intimidated in the slightest. “Fuck off, I’m choosing.”

I wear the widest grin of my life, watching her put her foot down. She fits in here more perfectly than she’ll ever realize. I’m one hell of a lucky guy to call her my ol’ lady.

We each grab our shot and toast. Zeus bellows, “To Chaos and Hollywood. Fuckin’ superstars!” We bust out laughing, then toss the Buttery Nipples back. Half of us groan with the taste while the rest look a little shocked at how good the butterscotch and Baileys floating together taste.

“Prospects, get back here!” I call out. I turn to Viking, “I’m taking my woman. We’ll be back.”

“You don’t have to take her home to get laid,” Sinner comments. “Use your room, and let’s party!” His woman, June, snuggles into his side, beaming our way. She’s a sweet girl, too young for my taste, but Sinner and Saint are gone for her.

“Not going home to fuck, brother.” I shake my head, then meet my woman’s gaze. “I’m taking her to find a ring to put on her finger.” Her mouth drops open, and I lean in, pressing a kiss to her forehead. “Ready, sweetheart?”

She nods, still in shock.

“Let’s find something to weigh down that finger of yours and celebrate.”

We say our goodbyes to everyone and hop on my bike. She wraps her arms around me, squeezing me more than usual. Having her on the back of my bike has never felt righter than it does now. She leans the side of her face against my back. She’s too quiet, and it’s beginning to make me worry. “You okay back there?”

“Yeah, Cowboy. To be honest, I’ve never been better. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me and Trixie. You don’t have to say it back, but I’m in love with you.” Sneaky woman, waiting until she could hide behind my frame before saying what’s on her mind.

“Hollywood, you’re wrong. I do have to say it because it’s the truth.” I lift my feet from the ground as the bike pulls out of the clubhouse parking lot. The moment we get to the jeweler, I’m telling this woman I love her. I’m not saying it with her at my back, but am telling her when I can stare into her eyes. I don’t want a single doubt in her mind or heart about my feelings, and I plan to spend the rest of my life showing her just how much she means to me.

We eventually pull off the road, parking at a well-known jewelry store. I hope she can find something here she loves, and if not, I’ll keep searching. I want her happiness. She’s already given me so much more than I ever thought I’d have in my life. We pause in front of the door, and I pull her to me. “I mean it,” I say, peering down at her. “I love you, and I will for the rest of my life.”

Her bottom lip trembles, her eyes turning glassy. I’ve never witnessed her emotional like this, and it fills me with warmth, knowing she’s willing to be vulnerable with me. “You really love me?” she asks, blinking, then quickly swiping her tears away.

“With my whole heart.” I watch her, waiting for whatever she has to say.

“I wish I’d given you a chance sooner,” she whispers while I hold her to me tightly.

Pressing a kiss on top of her head, I murmur, “No, sweetheart, you made me work for your time, which is exactly what I needed and what you deserve. Now let me show you just how much you mean to me.”

“You already do.” She smiles, and I lead her inside.

She’s my happily ever after—her and Trixie—and I’ll never stop loving either of them.

Epilogue

Hollywood

Staring at the flashing Christmas lights, I’m unsure whether I like them solid or twinkling. I’ve never been much for the holidays, but I’m discovering they’re a big deal to Chaos. His excitement has Trixie on cloud nine, and I’m no match for the both of them. This year is different for many reasons. However, all of them I’m grateful for.

A while back, Chaos had brought up the subject of adopting Trixie. He wants us both to have his last name. I know it’s important to him, and I’ve been stewing on it for months. Last month, Trixie took to calling him Dad, and it has my heart twisted up in the best sort of way. My daughter loves him so much, and I get it because I do too. Chaos does everything for her, and she worships the ground he walks on. My little girl, who was destined for daddy issues may have the chance to grow up without them now, all thanks to Chaos. It’s difficult to think of what to get a man for Christmas who already has everything he wants, but her adoption is something priceless I can give them both this year.

We’re supposed to be getting married next year, and it’s only fair for me to go all in. He has, after all, devoted his life to both of us. Who knew the sexy biker stopping by to see me would end up being the man of my dreams? I’d given up hope on a forever love long before Chaos had begun showing up, but he’s proof that anything can happen when it comes to fate.

I open the refrigerator for the twentieth time today, checking again to make sure I haven’t forgotten anything. Chaos’ daughter, her husband, and their two kids are coming for Christmas this year. I’d probably be freaking out if I’d never met them before, but Chaos introduced us shortly after we became engaged.

“I have an early gift for you, sweetheart,” he says, coming into the kitchen wearing a proud grin.

I roll my eyes and shake my head. “No way. We agreed no gifts until Christmas, and we’re only getting each other one thing. You promised, remember?”

His smile widens. “So, it’s not a Christmas gift then.”

My brows jump, knowing damn well he’s full of it. “Well, then, what would you call it?”

He leans in, pressing a tender kiss to my lips and hands me a white box wrapped with a red ribbon. “An engagement present.”

I scoff. “We’ve been engaged nearly a year. You can’t call gifts that anymore.”

He chuckles. “There’s no rule about a time limit. Open it.”

“This is the last one,” I grumble, even though I love that he wants to spoil me. He already does just by the way he treats me. He’s good to me. I glance to the clock, noting we have an hour before Trixie waltzes through the front door and officially begins her Christmas break. I tug the satin crimson ribbon bow until it gives away, and I can peel the top off. I set the lid on the counter and take in the contents. I whisper, my chest feeling tight. “What did you do?”
