Love Always, Wild(69)
Author: A.M. Johnson

Jax captured my lips as I exhaled into him. His hands, slick with water, covered every surface of my body until my muscles were pliant. Every time I tried to touch him, he’d move my hand, and with lips and teeth, he marked my skin. My shoulder, my hip, my thigh. Jax slid his tongue up my shaft once, and I shook with restraint as he stood. I was too close to the edge, and I needed him inside of me, raw and bare. I turned and faced the wall with the small marble bench as Jax’s arms found their way around me. He was hard as stone behind me, his dick teasing the crease of my ass. He rubbed my shoulders, his touch smooth as his palm ran down my spine. I bent over, bracing myself on the bench, offering myself up to him. Jax held my hips as I looked over my shoulder. His lip pinned between his teeth, his eyes on my ass he lowered one hand. He worked me open with his fingers, my head falling forward, I breathed through the quick, sharp pain. It stung as he pushed in past the ring of muscle, but it wasn’t anything I couldn’t handle.

The water trickled over my skin, over my cock, every nerve ending on fire as he aligned his body with mine. I stole a glance over my shoulder again as he pressed inside me. He kept his eyes on me as inch by inch, flesh against flesh, we became one. I’d never been with anyone like this. No barriers. His heat was my heat. This was our truth, and as he moved, thrusting into me, I cried out his name. My hands slipped with each pump of his hips, a delicious scramble as his body smacked against my ass. Jax whispered through heated grunts, his dirty prayers just for me. He told me he loved me, that my body was his, that he would never let me go again. I lifted my hips as much as I could, his hands holding me steady, the angle changed.

“God, Jax…” My entire body buzzed as the head of his dick pounded against my prostate.

Once, twice, and I was coming, moaning louder than I had any control over as it echoed through the room. My body spasmed around his cock, pulling him deeper. Jax swore, and he let go inside me, filling me with his heat. His nails dug into my skin as he caught his breath.

Overheated, my legs trembled as he pulled out. Jax lifted my body and I turned, pushing my fingers into his wet hair. He held me up, my legs weak and wobbly as his tongue slid into my mouth. Lazy kisses turned into quiet touches. Taking his time, Jax washed my hair and my body, taking inventory of every freckle, adding a few more to the list since the last time he’d seen me. I returned the favor, knowing and loving that he’d smell like me when we were done. Eventually, we got out of the shower and dried off when his stomach had growled, and the tips of my fingers had wrinkled.

I ordered room service naked, and Jax gave me a salacious grin as he pulled on a pair of blue boxer briefs. He was rocking a semi that I had plans for, but I decided food would be needed for strength.

When I hung up the phone, he sat on the bed. “I ordered burgers and fries, hope that’s ok?”

“I’ll never say no to a burger.” He patted the bed. “Come here.”

“Let me at least get pants on, we don’t want to freak out the room service guy.” I smiled as I dug through my suitcase and pulled out a pair of sweats.

I slipped them on without worrying about underwear and sidled up to Jax on the bed. I rested my head on his shoulder, his arm cradled around me. My fingers splayed over his stomach, my thumb drew small circles against his skin.

Hesitant, I asked, “What did your mom say… when you said you were coming to see me?”

He kissed the top of my head. “She was excited for me.”

I sat up, tucking my legs underneath me. “She was?”

“It’s getting better. She said all she wants is for me to be happy.” He reached out and rubbed his hand over my knee. “I told her I’m happy… with you.”

“And Jason… he’s okay with you moving out?”

Jax sat up, a crooked smile on his lips. “I don’t think he’ll ever be okay… but we’re looking into this rehabilitation school that has a day program. They can help him, Wild. Help him more than I ever could.”

“Don’t do that… don’t downplay what you do for him. You’re more than a brother, Jax.” He took my hand in his and I tangled our fingers in my lap. “You’re like a father to him.”

Jax took a moment, gathering himself before he spoke again. His smile trembling, he said, “Jay wants to come up to Atlanta… I thought maybe when you got back, we could have him and my mom up for Thanksgiving.”

I hadn’t had a Thanksgiving since my parents cut me out of their life. June always worked and I was always alone. I tried to picture his brother and his mom sitting at my small dining table, eating turkey that I would probably have to have delivered because I was a terrible cook. It would be awkward and weird, and everything a holiday that involved a family should be, and as I twisted the image around in my head, the more I wanted it. The expectation in his eyes as he waited me out thrilled me. He wanted his family to be a part of us, and I hadn’t known how much I wanted that until it became a possibility. He wanted to lay down roots, and I wanted to be the soil he’d forever call home.

“I’d love that,” I said, and his entire soul illuminated around me.

“Yeah?” he asked, leaning over, he cupped my face between his strong hands.

“I just hope your family doesn’t hate me.”

“They’re gonna love you… even my mom,” he said. “When she sees how happy you make me, I gotta feeling we’ll never get rid of her.”

“I hope you’re right.”

“I should warn you though… Jay’s gonna make you go fishing.”

“Like… with worms and shit.”

He kissed me and I gave into his willing lips.

“Don’t worry,” he said. “I’ll bait your hook.”

JAX

Two Years Later

“I can’t believe it’s almost finished,” June said, her hands on her swollen belly. She walked up the driveway and kissed my sweaty cheek. “This is pure talent, Jaxon. This house is amazing.”

I bent down and whispered at the bump in her belly. “Your momma is the nicest lady I know. You better be good to her.”

June smacked my bare shoulder and her face crumpled as she wiped her hand on her jeans. “You and Wilder are gonna spoil this kid rotten. Gwen too.”

“Isn’t that what uncles are supposed to do?” I argued.

“You better rein in Wilder,” she hissed. “He cannot be buying this girl all the shit she wants.”

I chuckled as I set the shovel against the porch. It was almost a hundred degrees today, and not a rain cloud in sight. Which worked for me. I didn’t have time to waste getting this sprinkler system installed.

“I can’t make any promises. What he wants he gets. You know that man owns me.”

She rolled her eyes as she stalked past me. “I assume he’s inside. Heaven forbid he gets his hands dirty.”

I wanted to tell June he was pretty good at getting dirty when he wanted to, but I figured she wouldn’t appreciate that kind of crude humor.

“Yeah, he’s inside with Jason and my mom. She’s teaching him how to make apple cobbler.” I smirked. “You might wanna go in and save him for a spell.”
