I completely forgot about it. The company suddenly got flushed with cash and grew into this great company in the social media space.
I think it was a way to go legit and that's exactly what we did. Life couldn't be better everything seemed so perfect.
If anything had happened to Irina, I would never have forgiven myself.
Hell I don't even know if I can still forgive myself for taking her to her mothers back then. But she makes it easy to let go of the past. She says we need to look forward to the future.
As for her father well he left with the money I offered but then he also got arrested for his gambling and more. Lets just say he won't be bothering us for a while .
I hope it's going to be a long time, maybe forever. My mother is happier now.
She is free, I set up a place for her. It was really sad to see what happened to Dimitri. The others wondered what would happen to them now that Dimitri was no more.
I wanted him to know that regardless of how Dimitri might've treated them, they were invaluable. They were good people and I was happy to set them up with regular jobs.
They accepted.
Mary’s husband ended up killing himself because he couldn’t face his crimes. Mary moved away but she was please I listened to her. She is happier where she is with her kids now.
As for me well as you can see, I am running business and getting my education. I figured I might as well look good right?
It turns out thanks to Irina’s encouragement, I actually got a very good score and got accepted at a prestigious college.
I'm on my way to getting that business degree while running things.
Of course my friends why? It's not like I need the degree to get a job. But it's not always about work.
It's more.
It's about showing my children that they need to be independent. Irina and I will encourage them to find their way.
It's about finding my own way of making a change in my life regardless of what might've happened. Irina and I made our way and now we are at a place where we belong. Life is magic. No more pain just pleasure….
