Vanessa shifted in her seat as she felt herself getting turned on. “Hmmm, what else?” she whispered.

“Then I would take my other hand and run it up your thigh, very, very softly and slowly, until I couldn’t go any further,” Tim continued knowing his words were having just as much of an effect on her as they were on him. “I’d push aside the material of your panties and let my finger brush against you, feeling how wet you are, seeing if you’re ready for more.”

Vanessa gasped softly as she reached across the table and took Tim’s hand. "That sounds amazing.”

“Then I’d slowly slip one finger inside you …” Tim murmured, looking deep into her eyes as she bit her lip.

"Okay, let's go," Vanessa said, standing up from her chair abruptly.

“Where are we going?” Tim asked, grinning wickedly.

“Somewhere where you can put your words to action," Vanessa said, grabbing her purse. He had gotten her so horny with his words. She could wait and take care of herself in the bathroom later, or she could go somewhere with Tim and let him satisfy her properly. She knew she shouldn’t, but Logan had been so distant lately. If he was going to ignore her needs, she needed to get them somewhere else.

Getting into Tim’s car, she quickly pulled up her dress, pulled off her panties, and spread her legs. Before he could say a word, she kissed him and whispered, “Show me what you were planning to do with your fingers.”

Chapter 10

When Logan got home that night, Vanessa was gone, and he didn’t care. He didn’t even ask her where she was when she did come in. He spent the rest of the night tidying up the kitchen once again before getting a beer and settling down to watch a football game. Vanessa came in late, said she had a migraine and was going up to bed. He didn't even give her a kiss goodnight, and he wondered if the attraction was fading between them. All he knew was he had plans to meet Chelsea at her place the next day, and he couldn't wait.

The next morning, Logan drove up the winding roadway that led to the MacDuff Estate. After they had parted ways the night before, Logan could think of nothing but Chelsea. Why did this woman have this effect on him?

The land was mostly forest as he drove, but he soon reached a clearing where the MacDuff Castle stood in the middle of the property. It was larger than he imagined and stood majestically in the sunlight.

“Wheeewww, who the heck would buy something like this?” he said to himself as he parked the car. “This might be a tough sell.”

As he was getting out of the car, the front door opened, and Chelsea came out, giving him a small wave. "You found the place, okay?"

Logan nodded as he got out of the car. “I did. This place is amazing.”

Chelsea smiled. “It is, and it's home, but I can't afford it any longer. Come, I’ll show you around.”

“Your father built this all by himself?”

“Not all by himself. He did have some help from friends, and he worked in construction, so he knew what he was doing. My uncles from Scotland came over for a while and helped him,” Chelsea said as they walked through the front door.

“These doors are solid oak,” he said as he knocked on one of them.

“Ya, my Da actually hired a historian to help with some of the architecture," Chelsea said, standing under the doorframe.

“This is absolutely amazing,” Logan said as he continued inside. The front entrance floor was stone, and as you entered the main living room, the floors were a deep rich looking hardwood. “So, is this the living room?”

“It’s called a great room. Every castle had one back in the day. It’s where the kings and queens held court, feasted and entertained. Of course, they have become modernized over the years.”

Logan walked over to the row of windows on the far side of the room, each one with its own sitting area. “I can’t believe this. Does that fireplace work?” Logan asked, pointing to the end of the room that housed a large stone fireplace.

“Yes, although I haven’t used it in years. All the fireplaces here work,” Chelsea answered.

“How many fireplaces are there?”

“Well, let’s see. There’s one in here, one in the dining room, a large one in the kitchen, and each bedroom has one, so in total, there is eight.”

“Eight fireplaces. Wow. All working?”

Chelsea nodded.

“Is there a basement?”

“Yes, it’s mostly used for storage. There is a larder down there and a wine cellar, and my Da even built a small dungeon just to give it effect.”

“Okay, lead the way. I can’t wait to see the rest of this place.”

They spent the next two hours roaming around the castle. Logan made notes as he went, noticing any weaknesses in the structure of things that needed to be changed, then settled back into the Great Room.

“So, what do you think?” Chelsea asked.

"Well, first off, this place is absolutely amazing,” Logan said. “I don’t see too many things wrong with it. Possibly getting the fireplace chimneys cleaned to make sure there are no blockages other than that, I can’t see anything else. The hard question is what type of person would buy this. Not many people would want to live in a castle.”

“That’s what I was afraid of. How much would I get for it?”

“I would say we put it up for $3.5 million. The land alone is worth a good penny,” Logan said. “I’m going to go crunch some numbers and do a bit of research. This is the first castle I have had to sell.”

Chelsea giggled as she stood up and held out her hand. "Thank you, Logan. This is really hard for me, but I appreciate your honesty.”

Logan took her hand in his and looked at her. She seemed so fragile, but yet so strong. He wanted to wrap his arms around her and not let anyone hurt her.

“It’s my pleasure,” he said as he turned to walk out.

Remembering a question he had for her, he turned, causing Chelsea to bump into him. Putting out his hands, he grabbed her by the shoulders to prevent her from falling.

Chelsea looked up at him, her blue eye wide as they met his.

At that moment, nothing else mattered to Logan. He bent down and pressed his lips against hers, hoping that she wouldn’t push him away. Instead, she reached up and wrapped her arms around his shoulders, bringing him in closer, their lips locked, their tongues exploring.

“I’m so sorry,” Logan said, pulling himself away. "I shouldn't have been so bold."

Chelsea looked up at him and smiled. She wasn't prepared for the effect this kiss had on her, and it had been a long time since she had been with a man. She whispered, “That was very nice,” and stretched up to kiss him again.

They stood in the hallway, their arms wrapped around each other, their lips locked, feeling each other’s passion growing stronger.

Logan reached down and picked her up, carrying her to the couch. Laying her down gently, he gazed down at her. “Chelsea MacDuff, you are a vision.”

Chelsea smiled at him, holding up her hand, inviting him to join her on the couch. “I can’t guarantee what is going to happen here, but I do know that I want you to hold me and kiss me.”
