All I Ask of You (The Kalmin Brothers Book 3)(100)
Author: Chelsea Maria

We ordered drinks, a few appetizers, and all the while I sat next to him clinging like we were new lovers. I loved sniffing him. Loved the caress of his rough manly hands on my knees. Each time he brought the glass of iced tea to his lips I wanted to lick the residue moisture off. Through dinner my heart kept gallivanting. Speeding up and slowing down. Amell was a whole erotic vibe without even trying.

Our hostess came back with dessert and while the curtain had been open so the servers could deliver our food, my eyes looked straight ahead. A head on collision with the man I wanted to give my all to if Amell had really wanted to set me free.

Beauregard Humphrey. My Beau.

There at the table across the room, he sat with his children that I recognized from the hundreds of pictures he showed me. He looked good, really good. I missed him. Everyday I fought with reaching out just to say hi but that would only bring problems in his life.

“I’m going to the bathroom.” I placed a gentle kiss to Amell’s cheek before asking our server to guide me. I rushed to the sink and splashed water over my neck. Seeing him brought back feelings that were once so tangible. I loved Beau something serious. Thought about forgetting all about my past and starting over with him. At the end of the day my heart, though I made room for him, I’d always belong to Amell.

“Beau,” I shrieked, holding my chest. He stood outside the bathroom leaned against the wall. “Beau.” My voice changed to that of a woman who missed her long-lost lover.

“You look so happy.” He admired against the shell of my ear. Our hug felt familiar. His touch brought warmth.

“I am happy.” Remembering that my husband with short screws sat feet away, I released him and stood back a good distance. “How are you? Your kids look good.” “We’re good. Celebrating my baby girl becoming head of surgery.” “Wow. That’s amazing.”

His eyes were becoming too intense to stand before. I played a dangerous game coming back here knowing that he’d follow. Seeing him up close. Hearing that he was okay. I needed that reassurance.

“I saw you and wanted to say hi. Remind you that my offer is still on the table.” Yeah, I needed to leave.

My love for Beau hadn’t gone away overnight but eventually it would simmer to less of a smoldering flame. He played a big part in my life and that was dangerous enough. “Thank you again for everything…”

He silenced me with a single finger. “Don’t ever thank me. We helped each other.” We stood there lost in our own world. Communicating with our eyes. I felt wrong and needed to go. “Take care, Beau.” “You too.”

When I made it back to the table, I scanned Amell from head to toe. Checking if he showed signs of anger or irritation. If he had extra zest to his regular menacing glare. Nope. He appeared fine.

“Are you ready?” I leaned into him, moaning lowly when he massaged my thigh. “You’re not a good friend, Krishna.” He shared a piece of carrot cake with me. “Why am I not a good friend? What do you mean?” “I’m trying to turn over a new leaf and your old nigga is testing my patience.” I almost pissed in my panties. He saw us. He saw Beau following me. How could I have been so stupid?

“Amell, don’t kill him. Please don’t.” I knew I was begging for another man’s life but I had to. Not because I once upon a time loved the man and thought he was about to be my future, but because he didn’t deserve Amell’s wrath.

“Hmph,” he smirked, finishing the rest of the cake. “I’ll think about it.” I should’ve just kept my ass in my seat and sent Beau a wink on Facebook.

Shifting gears, I used good ole seduction to change his mood. “Don’t ruin our first date, Mr. Kalmin.”

Those dark onyx eyes collided with mine. Like a hungry animal I watched his tongue lick his lips from one corner to the next. “Give me a kiss,” he demanded. Kiss you where exactly? Blushing, I shook my head. “If I say no?”

He bit his bottom lip nodding. His free hand reached into his pocket to pull out a burgundy silk tie. My posture straightened. Breathing became heavy. Our server appeared right on time with my shot of vodka. In seconds I took it to the head and enjoyed the burn down my throat.

Cool lips kissed along my exposed shoulder. Hands that had the power to make me combust with a single touch rubbed up and down my thighs. When did it become so hot in here?

“I got us tickets to…” I hated to cut him off, but he left me no choice. “Take me home.” I demanded. His brow raised in amusement. “Already?”

“It’s not because I’m not enjoying myself because I am but…” Actions spoke louder than words. Taking his hand I pushed it further in between my legs until the tips of his fingers met my sleekness that had been building since we left the house. “Make love to me, Amell. Really make love to me. I want to feel your curve poking through my stomach, bruising my cervix. I want to feel your lips sucking on my pussy. Feel your hands pulling my hair. Please take me home.” Those onyx eyes turned darker than barbequed coals. Pupils dilated. “Amell,” I yelped in surprise at him pinching my hardened bud, only for him to suck my moan in his mouth.

“I planned a date for us. Your horny coochie won’t ruin my plans.” He winked, not removing his hand. My eyes fluttered and body squirmed watching him clean his fingers of my residue. “Hang in there, Gazelle. I want to enjoy you, enjoy our date. I promise to give you whatever you need when we get home.” Our first date.

“Th-that’s right. This is our first date. Well our second.” He paused the glass of iced tea resting at his lips, waiting for my clarification. “Shooting you with Nerf guns and running through the aisles with you. I’ll forever cherish the moment when you stepped out of your shell for me.” I felt like shit for holding a conversation with Beau.

This was supposed to be the first of many and here I am being fast with a hot cooch and trying to say hi to my side piece. Well done, Krishna. “Tonight, is about us. Let’s enjoy whatever you have planned.”

For the rest of the night I stayed in the moment. Stayed close. Whenever he leaned in for a kiss I puckered up with no hesitation. After we finished dinner we drove to the Hard Rock to see Martin Lawrence at the new Improv. We laughed. Talked about random things during the intermissions. It felt good seeing Amell relaxed and enjoying himself. I wasn’t naïve to know that David and a few other guards planked us in the shadows, but the effort of him trying to appease me made my heart smile.

By the time we reached a mile from the compound the light drizzle blanketing the highway roads turned into a rainstorm. My belly was full. Body felt good and in a zone from the nirvana of our night.

Rain and the midnight hour were two of Amell’s favorite things to decompress. His favorite time to meditate. I may be in dire need of needing him, but I understood that these moments he cherished. A clear mind Amell with the silk tie, I had patience.

“Wow. Wha-what is all this?” I came out of my closet to see lit candles spread around the bedroom. Comforter removed from the bed. Balcony doors wide opened letting the music of the rain hitting the wood create a tranquil melody.

“Come here, Krishna.” He held his hand out stark naked. Had I been in the closet that long? I held my breath with each glide and caress of his fingers removing the satin black nightgown I had on. Both of us standing naked before the other. Eyes colliding, hearts pounding. Whatever he wanted me to do. Wherever he wanted to take. I was his to do with.
